What a wonderful hotel, the staff are all awesome, April the manager is always available if there are any issues. Location is awesome, 1 mile from the beach, all amenities that you would need are nearby, RPs on the next block reminds me of Cheers, everyone friendly and the food on all six times I’ve eaten there has been awesome. Rooms are spotless and I will definitely be back.

Das schöne Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Außenseite war sehr dunkel in der Nacht. Das Bett war extra fest, um hart für mich zu sein, machte mich und meine Frau weh. Die Dusche war schön, aber hatte keine Tür oder was nur eine halbe Hälfte mit einem Glasstück bedeckt, das wir nicht sehr kalt gefallen, während wir versuchten, zu duschen.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again. Context: I am a Hilton Honors member, stayed during hurricane Idalia and had a small dog. Staff: Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. They had house-cleaning staff on duty even with the hurricane. Within an hour of checking-in they followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Facility: The hotel was in good shape, had a food serving area and combination dining area and living-room. It had a good gym with equipment in good shape. Each floor had washer/dryer sets that were reasonably priced at $1 or $1.50 per batch. Room: The room was clean, did not look worn and there were no smells. The TV was large and leveraged DirectTV for cable channels. The bed was a little firm but the pillows were soft. The bathroom was clean, tub and toilets were clean, no dripping faucets, plenty of towels and toiletries. It had a “larger” dorm-size 3.5-ish cubic-foot refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There was a hotel style window HVAC with wall thermostat that had no limits on low temp setting. There were also several USB charging ports. Location: The hotel is very close to World Market, Publix and Target; as well as several restaurants. Breakfast: Even though there was a hurricane passing by, there was a plentiful breakfast with scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, roasted potato wedges, several cereals, pastries, bananas, apples, waffles…..

We stayed at SPRINGHILL Suites for a wedding….. During a Hurricane!!! The staff amazing. The room clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast perfect(scrambled eggs and bacon with cheese, spinach soufflé, waffles, oatmeal with all the toppings, and a variety of breads for toasting and fruit for eating. The staff went out of their way to make our time memorable, they remembered our names always smiling and willing to assist. The maintenance man even saved the day when he removed a retail stores, magnetic tag that was overlooked on purchased clothing to be worn at the wedding!!!! A big shout out to Jinez, who worked the desk….. thank you for all you do, we appreciated your kindness welcoming smile and your assistance.

So ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer! Wir hatten einen Balkon und es war so schön, die Wellen zu hören, als wir schliefen! Das Personal war super bequem und freundlich! Hat Strandzugang direkt vom Pooldeck, was angenehmer war, da wir nicht nach einem öffentlichen Zugriff suchen mussten! Die einzige Seite des gesamten Besuchs war am letzten Abend, es gab jemanden, der auf ihrem Balkon eine Zigarette rauchte und wir hatten unsere Balkontür offen gelassen, während wir am Strand laufen und kamen zurück in unser Zimmer, das von Stachel-Zigaretten geräuchert hatte. Die Hotels sind nicht schuldig, weil sie offensichtlich keine Rauchzeichen auf der Balkontür hatten. Ich bat den Vorderbüro, uns zu helfen, und sie schickten schnell Haushalter und hatten das Zimmer geruchen, um besser zu riechen! Alles in allem, jeder von der Front-Desk-Personal, zu den Bartendern, zu den Servern im Essensbereich, sind wir alle so nett ein Freund. Hoch empfehlen diesen Ort und wir werden sicherlich hier auf unsere nächste Reise wieder buchen! Vielen Dank an alle da!

Position, Service, Hygiene ist sehr gut, Parken ist bequem, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, das Wochenende ist sehr teuer, nach allem, was Tourismus betrifft. Anlagen: genügend Gesundheit: Gut Umwelt: Gut Service: OK

Meine Frau war sehr beeindruckt mit dem Service von der Ein-/Auscheckung. freundliches Personal von den Hausbetreuern bis zum Wartungs- und Kochpersonal während des Frühstücks. Wir empfehlen dieses Gebäude sehr, jedem, der nach Jacksonville Beach reist. Wir wissen, dass wir in Zukunft sicher zurück sein werden!!!

All rooms are ocean front unless you stay in your car. This is one of our go to beachfront hotels in our area. Staff are wonderful especially Maria and Dennis who are loyal caretakers of the front desk. Friendly personal and very attentive to needs of guest. Sneakers sports bar and Joe’s Crab Shack are across the street for great good and drinks. This location recently was sold to another investor from up north specializing in beach front hotels. Well they purchased a great well established hotel with great experienced employees. There is a bar area which also accommodates breakfast and happy hour with overflow to outside seating and fire pit. Prices are reasonable most the times unless special events are in the area. The north side of the hotel is the outside auditorium where events are done by the city. Would highly recommend even during the winter in Florida heated pool and jacuzzi. Not hot but near warm.
