The room was very spacious. I believe if you guys redecorate the hotel you should get more business. You guys need to start serving a buffet and making sure that your customers are very pleased after they leave from your hotel. The experience was not bad at all.

I will have to say that this hotel is just an average hotel on the way or just passing through. If it wasn't for us being so tired we would have just kept going to the next town. The bad thing about our stay is that it's overpriced being that the hotel is not up to date. The breakfast was dull but the young lady at the front desk during the time we were having breakfast, was very interesting and funny...asking us what improvements could be made to the hotel. That was the ice breaker . From that point, i can say that our stay was very enjoyable.

A man was beating on a woman and they did not want anyone calling the police. I got stuck in the elevator, and proceeded to call the fire department, and the staff got upset at me for trying to call for help.

There were Mole in the bathroom around the sink. Bathroom door look like it was kicked in you could not close it. Bathroom smelled of urine. Floors was dirty. Could not find night staff to stock the bathroom with tissue. Drug dealers and users in the front lobby. Hallway smelled of *****. There were no breakfast even though it was advertised. I would never recommend this hotel

Extremely kind ,very personal treatment at this property. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond with guest services. Change is good. Thanks Management and staff . The rooms could use a little touch up but overall, this hotel was pleasant

This Hotel is Absolutely horrible. The owner is just money hungry , rude and don't want to fix anything . The sheets , towels and pillow cases are old and nasty . They kept all the same products from the previous owners. They steady raising the prices and don't want to fix anything . The hallways are always stinky and the carpets are wet and nasty . The elevator always stink and feels like it's about to crash. The air barely works in the rooms , the microwaves are old and nasty and the refrigerators barely get cold. The tubs have stains that can't be removed. The walls have black molds in the corners , the ice machine always go out and the tissue they provide is cheap and very thin. The hallways always smell like dogs and pee . I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless it's for one night and you've ran out of better options.

The new managers have really turned the place around !! The place smells so refreshing. The staff is so friendly. The price is AMAZING!! THE LOCATION IS AWESOME!! BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL !! HOUSEKEEPING GETS WHATEVER YOU NEED !!

Buyer beware! We booked a room at this hotel only to find out that the room was filthy, the toilet continually ran, the television did not work, etc. After complaining to the front desk, they gave us a different room which was almost as bad. After telling them we just want our money back, they gave us a receipt showing a refund but it was never applied to our account. After attempting to contact them many times, I still have not received the refund.
