I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Preet Singh, a Front Office Officer at Royal Orbit, Jabalpur. Despite being a recent addition to the team, he exemplified remarkable professionalism and empathy. My mother and three of her friends, who were traveling to Maha Kumbh, found themselves in a tough spot late at night, with no rooms available in the city due to high demand. When they approached Mr. Preet Singh, he went out of his way to help them by arranging a room and ensuring a seamless experience. His understanding of the challenges faced by female travelers and his ability to make them feel safe and comfortable were truly commendable. My mother, who had driven 1,000 km from Pune to Jabalpur as the sole driver, was extremely grateful for his assistance. Mr. Preet Singh's dedication and willingness to help not only reflect his exceptional customer service skills but also demonstrate his commitment to making every guest feel valued. excellent hotel.... Very nice specious rooms.... super food 😋.... Best value of money 💰... as they hv rated 4 star 🌟 category, they must need to provide some more amenities like Hair Dryer, Shaving kit... etc in the room.. otherwise everything is fine

It’s a great place to stay, nice ambiance, hotel have a private charging station, i have charged my ev car, i love it.

Very supportive staff. Clean and big room. Can accommodate family (2kids + 2adults) easily without any mattress.
