The front desk staff are hopeless, very unfriendly and rude. They were quite unhelpful with the little things like making change but also unmoved when we asked for a thirty minute late checkout. I could make this review quite long with many more complaints but the real disappointment was the smell of our room. It had clearly been a smoking room at some point and cologne was used to mask the smell. Either that or someone broke a bottle in there. The scent was stifling, I couldn't wait to leave the room. One last thing, I'm not sure how safe the facade of this building would be in a fire. When we opened our windows to the street there is quite involved facade structure that would make escape in a fire impossible. Don't bother staying here, go to Samdareeya or Kalchuri Residency (I would have but it was shaddi.com season.)

I visited Jabalpur with my family. Since this was my first visit to the city, I after carefully eveluating all options, opted for Hotel Delite Palladium. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the Railway station & about 20-25 mins drive from the Airport. The hotel is well known amongst the locals, it's very modern with ample car parking, the rooms are quite spacious and neat. But there's only one lift to access the floors. The hotel serves some amazing food!! Be it the vegatrian or the non vegetarian options, the food served is fresh & of very good quality. We tried couple of the options from the menu & were not disappointed even once. Hat's off to their Chef! The front office is very cordial and extremely helpful, especially Mr Balram & Mr Joye. The room service & house keeping staff too are well trained, polite & always cheerful. Full marks to the Hotel management! Overall a lovely place to stay, when in Jabalpur. Highly recommended!

The hotel is good. The service is good but they sell goods higher than mrp. Like water bottle mrp is 20 but they charge 30 rs in bill. When i asked them why 30 rs, mrp on bottle is 20 rs then they told me this is the price here.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families

Mp t bhedaghat beckoned for all the right reasons! a government enterprise, its nearness to the magical marble rocks was another deciding factor. The location meant that one instantly got a tantalizing glimpse of the river, and the majestic entryway rocks! the staff, from reception to rooms, were welcoming and proactive and were quite run off their feet, serving all guests! we were served room service cheerfully by santoshji, thoughtfully bringing the soup first, then the rest of our order! ) aakash and harishchandraji were prompt to serve and help too, thank you. The room was clean, and the toiletries were from a favorite brand ! breakfast was served smilingly by the smart, experienced chef and a friendly staffer, i regret not recalling their names at this point, apologies! the omelette and poha scored points for flavour! except for the unavoidable mango hopper insects, which denied us usage of the balcony for our very brief stay, we are very pleased to share our happy experience at mp t marble rocks at bhedaghat ! final words of appreciation for the superb artisanal craft shop run by vinay/vikas, a craftsman himself, and his team of a self-help group, whose lovely products i happily bought for myself and as souvenirs of a memorable stay and trip in the heart of india, majestic madhya pradesh, where i've left behind a little bit of my heart!

My stay was excellent. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were extremely helpful & polite specially front office staff. Room was very nice and kept clean. As a customer who recently visited Riverwood Retreat Pench, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. This was primarily because of the behaviour of the front desk staff being led by the property manager. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. They lacked etiquette and I truly feel they need serious lessons in hospitality. They need to shed their ' We dont care' attitude'. Furthermore, the facilities promised on their website were either unavailable or not as advertised. The swimming pool was not properly maintained and had a murky appearance, making it unappealing for use. There was moss all over the pool floor. The recreational activities mentioned were not well-organized or properly maintained. The value for money was not justified, and I felt disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quality and memorable experience.

They asked us extra money for our check-in even though we had booked the hotel 1 day advance to our check in date.

I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Stayed here for a night before my morning visit to Bandhavgarh. The hotel itself is inside a small lane off the main road in Russel Chowk. The room is pretty small and it didn't look like an Deluxe room. The good thing about it was the service and continuous hot water running 24 hours. There is a huge scope for improvement.

Overall stay was excellent. From check in to check out everything was smooth. Staff behaviour is nice and especially Mr.Ankit and Rohit were polite and helpful. Definitely book my next trip with them and surely give a shot to their resorts and other hotels. A big thumbs up for families and couples to spent quality time with their loved ones. Do visit and enjoy their hospitality. P.s - Try their Masala khichdi it's finger licking.
