Das Wallawwa war unser letzter Stopp nach unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise. Das Hotel ist sehr beliebt als Einstieg / Austieg in eine Sri Lanka Rundreise da es nur ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Das Hotel kann durchaus viel mehr als ein reines Flughafenhotel zu sein. Wir hatten das Glück gleich mehrere Tage hier zu verbringen. Es ist ein wahres Paradis für Ruhesuchende die sich nach Tagen der Erholung sehnen. Sehr gepflegte, geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Das ganze Wallawwa Team hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alle Team Mitglieder leisten einen großartigen Service! Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Am Nachmittag gibt es Tea Time (Tee oder Kaffe und Hausgemachten Kuchen und Kekse). Und zur Happy Hour gibt es verschiedene Coktails nach Wahl aufs Haus. Auch der SPA Bereich ist absolut zu Empfehlen. Bei unserer nächsten Sri Lanka reise kommen wir sehr gern wieder!

This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, aber das Problem ist, dass uns niemand die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants mitgeteilt hat. Ein Mittagessen zu bekommen war ein Albtraum. Auch die Qualität der Decken und Kissen könnte besser sein.

Ich glaube, ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich für eine Woche. Weil es die Entscheidung im Vergleich zu Trip.com und der Buchung nachher vergleicht. Der Leiter von Saman ist sehr gut. Ich bin in der Nacht, als ich ankam. Ich muss ihn kontaktieren. Er wird Tuktuk Auto fahren und mir die Gepäcktasche holen. Sie werden sich auch um die Bewegung der Gäste kümmern, und Mitte der Nacht erinnert mich an die Sicherheit. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, bietet Wärmekammer und Bergwasser, und die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer hat kein heißes Wasser genannt, es gibt auch heißes Wasser, aber es kann selbst mit Schleifen und Zahnfäden gebraucht werden. Und es ist mehr als ein privater Garten. Obwohl es gelegentlich ein Fluggerät überfliegt, sind die meisten Male sehr ruhig. Besonders haben sie versucht, WiFi zu laden. Und das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Küche, die auch den Betreuer konsultiert werden kann, wenn Sie es verwenden wollen. Englische Kommunikation ist wichtig, aber es gibt keine großen Probleme mit der Schätzung von Übersetzern. Empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel.

I’ve stayed here for a one night stay due to a business activity in colombo, facilities were alright for the price, room was 217 and staff seemed tired but average communication with customers. If anyone is looking for a place around colombo for official or personal activates this is an alright place so the commute is effective and efficient. As per the average business personal and for a small family you have everything what you look for in accommodation vise, clean comfortable place, everything functioned accordingly in my room, there was an odor in the wash room but you can look pass that from my perspective to my room. I visited the Colombo Kitchen few times and the most memorable were on the 12th & 29th Dinner buffet for My wife's and son's birthdays respectively. From the time of taking down the reservations till the time the bills were settled, we felt welcomed and the hospitality given was phenomenal. For my Amex card I was entitled for a discount, and I felt slightly uneasy, assuming I might be looked down. But they proved me wrong and made me feel like a royal, irrespective of whether I am using the promotion or not. On the 12th evening, my youngest son who was 2.5-year-old rushed to the fire alarm and triggered it. It was an embarrassing and cringeworthy situation for me, and I thought I would be blamed for it. But the ground team took it as a funny incident and brushed it off. Many don't show such positive attitudes during mishaps, The team's caring during the time made us feel safe and comfortable. When the 29th Booking was made, one day prior It was unavailable due to been fully booked. Yet 'Dulakshi' from front office went out of the comfort zone to cross-check all bookings again to somehow chip me in. I am truly grateful for the effort taken, as my Son only spends a true birthday once in 04 years, and he personally preferred this hotel for their tasty and vast kid friendly spread. Oshini surprised us with a nice complimentary cake with a touch of creativity, which my Son keeps talking about it even at this moment while I am writing the review. I am truly grateful to Bandara and Dain for looking after all our needs without any request. The difference I saw between most of the other dinner buffet's and the Colombo Kitchen buffet is the service, which is very personalized and making the guests feel respected and welcomed. I wish all others were this good.

Insgesamt bin ich recht zufrieden. Die Lage ist leicht zu finden, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und der Service ist auch gut. Gepäck kann kostenlos aufbewahrt werden. Die Klimaanlage ist normal, aber der Ton ist etwas laut. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es bei der Hygiene der Bettwäsche usw. Das Gesamterlebnis ist gut.

We spent 8 nights at Camelot Beach. The hotel is in a great beach front location and the gardens and pool area are spacious and well laid out. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was well equipped. The service in the restaurant was excellent as was the food and choice of dishes, the presentation and range of deserts was amazing. We experienced outstanding customer service throughout our stay, everyone was so helpful and attentive, special mention for Ananda (front office) and Dulakshi (Guest Relations Officer) for exceptional customer care. We look forward to an another visit to Camelot Beach.
