Die Lage ist gut. Zimmer zu klein. Aber sauber und keine Privatsphäre hören Sie viel von Lärmen von außen während des Schlafs

Klein aber fein. Habe mit einer Freundin 12 Nächte dort verbracht (geplant 7). Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und persönlich. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Während unseres Aufenthalts und auch danach haben sie uns Empfehlungen gegeben und uns geholfen, wie es nur geht. Nachts sollte man sich in der Gegend nicht aufhalten, jedoch ist alles sehr nah und einfach zu erreichen. Man sieht dort, wie viel Mühe da reingesteckt wird. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Für diesen Service kann das Hotel sogar mehr erwarten. Mit geschlossenen Augen kann ich es jedem empfehlen.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a trip to Turkey in August/September 2023. There are a lot of things to like about this hotel, unfortunately it is brought down by a few major things that mean that we will likely not be coming back here. Lets start positive: - The location: Very close to Basmane Train station (excellent if you want to take the train to Ephesus or Pamukkale) and close to the bazar and agora. The restaurants nearby are pretty good, authentic, and very cheap. For my wife and I, this was perfect. - Service: The hotel staff, when we interacted with them, were friendly and helpful. - The room. Quite spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was also perfectly serviceable (though the wall sized mirror was a little strange). We also stayed on the fourth floor and this hotel has no elevator. Not a problem for us, but some people may have an issue with this. However, I have some issues: - The bedding: possibly some of the worst bedding I have ever had to deal with at a hotel. The sheets had holes in them, and the primary blanket wasn't big enough for the bed. Furthermore the secondary blanket, which we had to use because the primary one wasn't good enough, was one of the ITCHIEST blankets I have ever used. I don't think we got a proper nights sleep because of this. - The breakfast: It isn't included and overpriced. - No water: This is more of a gripe I have with Turkish hotels in general, rather than this one inn particular, but in most other countries that I have been to where the water wasn't safe to drink, the hotel would provide us with complimentary bottles of water. Turkish hotels did not. Come on! The bottles are not that expensive and is 35C outside! Give your guests at least some water!!! I think this hotel could be a great place for people like us to stay, if they just fixed those above issues, and they don't seem that hard to fix to me.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Das Hotel war sehr sauber! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ok. Alles da was man zum Frühstück braucht.. Werde auf jeden fall nochmal hin! Jede Etage war anders farbig!! Sehr verspielt!!

🚗 Verkehrsmittel: Erstens ist dieser Ort sehr nah am Flughafen. Es dauert weniger als 10 Minuten, um etwa 5 Kilometer zu fahren. Natürlich ist es in der Nähe des Flughafens etwas laut, aber es ist auch sehr in der Nähe eines anderen großen Einkaufszentrums, sodass der Lärm ignoriert werden kann. 🧹Hygiene: Ganz zu schweigen von der Hygiene, obwohl es Double Tree Hotel ist, aber unter Hilton ist das Management ok 🍃Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist etwas schlechter, immerhin ist es am Stadtrand, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist relativ hoch. 🔔Service: Der Service ist auch sehr gut, und Izmir ist reich an schönen Frauen, es ist eine angenehme Reise, es ist trotzdem zu empfehlen

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung, der Service der mexikanischen Schönheit ist begeistert, d.h. die Aufenthaltszeit ist etwas kurz, es gibt keinen guten Genuss, es gibt einen großen Markt in der Nähe und es gibt keine guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ca 1 km von der ägäischen Küste entfernt, wenn Sie nachts ausgehen, müssen Sie sich die Route merken, denn es gibt zwei Türen und Sie können sich leicht verirren, wenn Sie zurückkommen.

The hotel location is good. Staff is really helpful. They got car parking facility though you need to hand over the car on the main road. Rooms are very clean, and the washroom has all amenities. Breakfast options are quote less, and the egg station is paid, which was a bit weird. Rest I will stay overall it was a very good experience to stay here.
