Es war eine angenehme und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Das Personal war auch nett und zuvorkommend. Für eine kurzen stop, kann ich es weiter empfehlen

Die Rezeption, Restaurant und Klassendienstpersonal waren alle sehr professionell, interessant und hilfreich. Die Anlage war sauber und komfortabel. Das Hotel ist ein Etage für einen bequemen Nachtschlaf, da es in einem sehr ruhigen Ort ist. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Position ist sehr gut, sauber, zuverlässig

Klein aber fein. Habe mit einer Freundin 12 Nächte dort verbracht (geplant 7). Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und persönlich. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Während unseres Aufenthalts und auch danach haben sie uns Empfehlungen gegeben und uns geholfen, wie es nur geht. Nachts sollte man sich in der Gegend nicht aufhalten, jedoch ist alles sehr nah und einfach zu erreichen. Man sieht dort, wie viel Mühe da reingesteckt wird. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Für diesen Service kann das Hotel sogar mehr erwarten. Mit geschlossenen Augen kann ich es jedem empfehlen.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a trip to Turkey in August/September 2023. There are a lot of things to like about this hotel, unfortunately it is brought down by a few major things that mean that we will likely not be coming back here. Lets start positive: - The location: Very close to Basmane Train station (excellent if you want to take the train to Ephesus or Pamukkale) and close to the bazar and agora. The restaurants nearby are pretty good, authentic, and very cheap. For my wife and I, this was perfect. - Service: The hotel staff, when we interacted with them, were friendly and helpful. - The room. Quite spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was also perfectly serviceable (though the wall sized mirror was a little strange). We also stayed on the fourth floor and this hotel has no elevator. Not a problem for us, but some people may have an issue with this. However, I have some issues: - The bedding: possibly some of the worst bedding I have ever had to deal with at a hotel. The sheets had holes in them, and the primary blanket wasn't big enough for the bed. Furthermore the secondary blanket, which we had to use because the primary one wasn't good enough, was one of the ITCHIEST blankets I have ever used. I don't think we got a proper nights sleep because of this. - The breakfast: It isn't included and overpriced. - No water: This is more of a gripe I have with Turkish hotels in general, rather than this one inn particular, but in most other countries that I have been to where the water wasn't safe to drink, the hotel would provide us with complimentary bottles of water. Turkish hotels did not. Come on! The bottles are not that expensive and is 35C outside! Give your guests at least some water!!! I think this hotel could be a great place for people like us to stay, if they just fixed those above issues, and they don't seem that hard to fix to me.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel, ebenfalls für Paare geeignet. Das Hotel hat eine sehr herzliche moderne Einrichtung, so dass man sich heimisch fühlt. Deren Frühstück ist 1A , man braucht nicht draußen extra ein Frühstückshaus aufsuchen. Von mir habt ihr mehr als 5 Sterne verdient! Hammer. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum und hat ein Parkhaus für Autos. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geht auf jegliche Fragen ein.

Ein sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit hervorragender Küche. Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage zur angrenzenden Shopping Mall Istinye Park ist perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr schöne SPA Bereich und das sehr gut ausgestattete Gym. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Dieses Hotel ist nicht für Familien!! Die Minute, die wir angekommen sind, wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen!! Das Verhalten des Empfangspersonals war unachtsam, zumindest zu sagen, vor allem die weiblichen!!! Sie hören nicht zu, und ihre erste Antwort ist immer 'Nein', obwohl die erste Regel im Kundenservicebuch nie nein zu den Kunden sagen, aber muss wie 'Ok, ich werde sehen, was ich tun kann' oder 'Ich werde mein Bestes tun'!! Eine seltsame Sache ist die ”durchschauen” Badtüren. Es ist für Familien nicht bequem, da man sich gegenseitig sehen kann, wenn sie baden. Der Innenpool ist sehr klein und nicht erwärmt und das Wasser ist somit kalt. Sie bitten auch um eine Haardeckung, wenn Sie den Pool eintreten wollen, und Sie können es von ihnen zu einem relativ hohen Preis kaufen!
