Great stay, very comfortable and clean, it's obvious that it's an older hotel but looks to be well taken care of. The water DOES have a weird smell to it sometimes but i don't think it has anything to with the hotel, it's just Izmir... I've stayed at many hotels in the area and even though the breakfast of anemon is not the best it's still more than enough and if i compare every aspect collectively this hotel was the best experience

真的很一般，位置不好，交通不便，服務態度不好，前台根本不懂英語！！！！交流起來很費力！！！！！！！！！！！！

Resepsiyon, restaurant ve kat hizmetleri görevlilerinin hepsi son derece profesyonel, ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Tesis tertemiz ve konforluydu. Otel son derece sessiz bir yerde olduğu için , rahat bir gece uykusuna da bir katlıdır. Son derece memnun kaldım.

Nice hotel. They serve a great breakfast. They hotel room is so quiet and aircons are fine. Laundry is little bit expensive. They don’t do shuttle service. Receptionist was very helpful and I used baggage storage service after I checked out in this hotel. The hotel is very next to Bornova metro station. But we need to enter university campus to access this hotel.

We stayed here for just one night to attend a concert at nearby Forum Bornova. It is a typical corporate 4* hotel with appropriate 4* facilities. The main problem for many would be the location within the grounds of the University Hospital as access to other transport such as Bornova metro and buses is a 1km walk back to the hospital main entrance (the pedestrian access to the forum has recently been closed off). The desk staff were most efficient and helpful during check in and when requesting information. Our high floor non-smoking, front facing room had view over the pine woods, Forum Bornova and the city, rooms at the rear face the hospital. Comfortable twin beds and a large modern bathroom and all the expected facilities of a 4* hotel. A good breakfast was provided in the airy dining room with plenty of options, fruit, cereals, pastries as well as the expected Turkish fare. In all we had a pleasant stay.

Be warned! The room I had was comfortable, although a shower over the bath is a safety risk and the bath surface had several cracks. The water often smelled foul but seemed clean enough. Breakfast and dinner were great. However, I was one of a number of friends staying there and one morning one friend said he had accidentally gone to the wrong room and didn't realise until he'd gone inside- his key card opened a completely different room. Through experimentation, it was discovered that any key card could open many rooms. This level of insecurity is unacceptable. Also, read the fine print- the hotel does not supply a top sheet and the first cotton blanket I had felt like cardboard. Thankfully it was changed after a few days.

Oh my goodness please DONT LET THESE PHOTOS FOOL YOU! the reception is nice the rooms are barely ok the hallways STINK OF CIGARETTES AND BODY ODOR the pool oh my the pool water is merky that’s without the dog evergwhere!! And don’t get me started on the mini bar !! £80 for 2 packets of Haribo a Kit Kat and a can of redbull I wish I had taken photos of how bad this hotel was just to steer anyone clear should be 1-2 star and that’s being generous and also the reception staff are useless anything you ask them is too much trouble for them and look at English like pure filth!

The hotel is badly situated, badly maintained, and smells of cigarette and sewage. The carpets in the corridors and in the room have plenty of bleach stains and holes. The swimming pool and outside area are dirty and badly maintained. As someone wrote in their guest book, the perfect place for a ****** movie. The room is dark, there is not enough lights (just two small lampshades). Luckily we didn’t need to work in this room. There were broken things in the bathroom, and the shower was not good. The bed is OK and big but they don’t put top sheets, just a bed cover. The breakfast was OK; the lobby is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful but most of them don’t speak other languages apart from Turkish.

Berbat bir otel kış ayında klimasında arıza olduğu için soğukta kaldık. Klima bir soğuk bir sıcak üflüyor. Sokakta yatmaktan bir farkı yok hasta olup geri döndük. Personeller iyi. Otele kış ayında gitmemek lazım. Genelde misafirler iş için gelen insanlar.

Uzun seneledır Izmıre işim gereği geldık zamanım kaldığım otelerden biri.Ama malesef gün geçtikçe kötüye gıden bı işletme. 10 gün önce otelı arayıp rezervasyon yaptırdım. Oda onayı ile ilgılı mail geldı. Ve giriş günü Eşim ödemeyi yapdı. Sabah kahvaltıda eşimin fazla ödeme yapdıgını ögrendım. Ve Bize rezervasyon sırasında yazılan rakamın çok üstünde ödeme almişlar. Ve resepsyona Bızden yalniş , Fazla ödeme alındıgını söyledık. VE....(: Dünkü akşam nöbetinde ki arkadaş Sızın rezervasyon silmiş ve yenı rezervasyon oluşturmuş, ödemeyi gerı iade edemeyiz. :) diye cevap verdi. Bizde bunun Otel kendi personal hatası olduğunu eger ödeme gerı almasak tüketici haklarına şikayet edecegımı belirttim. Ve olayı ancak o zamandan sonra düzeltme yaptılar. Zaten giriş saatımız 16.30 gıbı dı akşam nöbetinde çalişan resepsyon ve belboy arkadaş Mısafırlere karşi tutumları çok kaba. Hoş geldiniz zaten yok. Oda dan resepsyonu aradığımız zaman dahı, ne kendini tanıtyor,ve kapattığı zaman: Iyı akşamları ; dahı demiyor Pat dıye yüzüme kapatdı. Çikiş günü Resepsyonda bır genç bayan görevli vardı. :Ne iyi günleri var. Ne iyi yolculuklar.: Tavsıyemız.! Personale misafirlere karşi nasıl davranması hakında egıtım verilmesı lazım.Kendımde Turizmcıyım. Malesef....Anemon otel son kaldık zamanım yaşadıklarmız kötü bir deneyımdi. Odaları kötü.Klima ve havalandırma artık kirden yag tutmuş. Yatak kenarı örtü en son ne zaman yıkandı belli deyıl.Koltuk çok lekeli. Banyoda elektrik priz koptu kopacak çok tehlikeli. Ses yalıtımı yok. Hijyen yok. Dişardakı havuz, oda dan bakdık zamanın görüntü kirliliği. Ve Yaz sezonu o havuzu misafirler kullanacak. Artık su yeşil yosun tutmuş.O kadar kirli. Kahvaltıda çeşit az. Personal hiç güler yüzlü deyıl.Otel. ( artı + deyil. eksı- dogru) gityor

Odalar çok berbat, sigara kokuyor. Duvarların sıvası çatlak ve sararmış. Banyonun küveti soyulmuş, duş başlığı başka tutacağı başka. Banyonun tavanı rutubetten sarı kahverengi arasında. Kahvaltısı iyi değil. Otel toplu ulaşıma uzak. Otobüs gibi araçlar büyük zorluk yaşıyor. Hastanenin içinde refakatçi oteli. Hastalar be hasta yakınları konaklamakta.

Otel merkezi bir konumda odaları ***et temiz, yemekleri lezzetli, otoparkı yeterli. Kurumsal müşteriler ve aile için konaklama rahatlığına sahip. Personel işine vakıf ve yardımcı oluyorlar, ön tarafında çok güzel yürüyüş alanı mevcut zaten üniversitenin içinde olduğundan dolayı merkezi konumda ama yeşillikler çam ağaçlar içindesiniz.
