O ponto positivo do hotel, ao meu ver, é a localização que apesar de não ser no centro da cidade fica em anexo ao shopping, isso é seu grande diferencial. O chuveiro, sinceramente, horrível! A água espirra para todos os lados menos em você... vergonhoso. Toalhas muito gastas! Outra coisa que foi muito desagradável, mas eu sei que não é culpa da administração do hotel, foi que na janela do meu quarto ficavam urubus!! Não pude abrir a janela, pois eles ficavam ali durante horas e mesmo depois que eles saíam não me sentia segura em abrir a mesma... chegou a ser hilario essa situação. E por falar em janelas, estavam muito sujas. Na recepção e áreas comuns tudo limpo e organizado, mas dêem uma atenção especial aos quartos, pois não tive uma boa impressão.

Ich rief an, um zu empfangen, und sie sagten, es sei passiert, dass es nicht da draußen zu hören gibt, sondern dass sie Vorkehrungen treffen würden, was in wenigen Minuten getan und gelöst wurde. Deshalb empfehle ich die Wohnungen vorne, die sind in der gleichen Richtung der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist ehrlich, das schlechte französische Brot, aber was mich am meisten störte, war, dass der Zeitplan war, dass der Kaffee bis 10:30 war, d. h. der Eingang bis 10:30. Ich bin früher angekommen, aber um 10:15 Uhr, klar waren die Artikel nicht mehr zurückgeblieben und um 10:32 Uhr, kamen unsere Tisch informieren, dass die Artikel aus dem Buffet entfernt werden. Jetzt, wer die 10:30H angekommen ist, wie ist es gekommen? Das sind einfache Dinge zu korrigieren und das Hotel ist gut.
