Ich würde tausendmal zurück, neben einer hervorragenden Lage, einen guten Kaffee, eine gute Service und pro Wert, die ein gutes Zimmer bezahlt wurde, fand ich das Bett nur ein wenig unbehaglich , aber nicht in irgendetwas! super Empfehlung

Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Brava Mundo!!! Tudo perfeito desde o momento do check-in, equipe atenciosa e prestativa, contando inclusive com o gerente Allan, um exemplo de profissionalismo e receptividade. O quarto extremamente limpo, com um bom espaçoso, bela decoração, oferecendo uma vista direto para a praia Brava. A cama era super confortável e garantiu uma ótima noite de sono. A estrutura total em si do hotel é excelente, boa localização, com uma área de lazer incrível, incluindo uma piscina aquecida e com uma Boa Vista no rooftop. O café da manhã foi um destaque, com uma variedade grande frescas e saborosas, se come com os olhos. Toda atenção aos detalhes (som ambiente nos corredores) e o cuidado com os hóspedes se destaca no Brava Mundo. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para aqueles que procuram uma experiência de qualidade em estadias!

At first glance, this hotel appears great. It’s newer, the lobby is large and impressive (for a Garden Inn), there’s a restaurant on site. Our room was well appointed but on the smaller side. Customer service needs improvement: our safe did not work and it did not get fixed despite our request; I asked reception for help with a taxi and was told to get an Uber; I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was told they could not print one and one would be emailed. That did not happen. No points were posted to my account.

Excelente localização para quem está de passagem

The hotel is located in a great area right across the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars! When it comes to the interior of the hotel, it definitely needs some work! Some of the previous reviews prior to mine from several years ago stated that the hotel needed some upgrades and you'd think they did that after several years...seems like it did not happen. The room that was originally booked was absolutely below average from the description. Was given a room on the first floor right next to the elevator corridors where you could hear everyone walking, the sink was clogged, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and the room itself was so uncomfortable to just be inside, it felt so dark and dreary. We ended up upgrading to a room facing the beach on the third floor. It was definitely better but not superb. Bathrooms are old and sinks in both units we stayed in really need some attention as it clogs up fast! The breakfast buffet was great and staff were accommodating. Other than that, I probably would opt for a different hotel next time.

Considerando a proposta do Hotel, incluindo os preços, é sem dúvida uma excelente opção para hospedagem em Balneário Camboriú. Pontos positivos: de frente para o mar, café da manhã excelente, elevadores (3 no total) rápidos e bem configurados, atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, estacionamento com valet, mesmo o quarto econômico dispõem de espaço amplo, aparenta ter sofrido reforma, equipamentos e mobília do quarto muito bons (TV, geladeira, mesa, armários, móveis no geral) e ainda com vista lateral do mar. Outro ponto positivo é o Café Cafecito CO que fica anexo ao hotel e é sem dúvida um exemplo do limite que um negócio pode chegar em relação ao topo da qualidade, com produtos de alta qualidade, ambiente pequeno mas super aconchegante e uma equipe muito entrosada... na torcida para que um dia abram uma loja aqui em Curitiba. Acho que o único ponto negativo fica por conta do banheiro, que é bem funcional e limpo mas a parte do banho ainda carece de uma reforma. No mais, com certeza é uma das minhas primeiras opções de hospedagem ao voltar para Camboriú.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Paarbett und einem Einzelbett für einen Aufenthalt am Wochenende reserviert und sie haben mich in ein Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten, nahe dem anderen mit einem Raum in der Mitte, um ein Paarbett zu simulieren. Ich habe den Austausch für das Zimmer beantragt, für das ich bezahlt habe, und sie sagten mir, es gab keine mehr Zimmer mit Doppelbett, dass diejenigen, die sie hatten, waren bereits von Menschen beschäftigt, die größer als meine waren und ich selbst erklären, dass die Beschreibung des Zimmers, für das ich bin Ich bezahlte, es war anders als das, was sie mir zur Verfügung stellten, sie sagten, es war das, was ich hatte. Ich bat den Manager zu sprechen und ich schickte eine E-Mail, um zu erklären, was passiert ist. Sie haben mich telefonisch angerufen und mir informiert, dass das Zimmer, für das ich beantragt habe, nur in einem anderen Hotel verfügbar wäre, aus demselben Netz und sie könnten mich dort platzieren, sofern ich die Differenz von 700 Real pro Tag zahlen würde!!!!!! Ich war entsetzt und fragte mich, ob Sie ernst gemeint waren. Sie sagte dann alles gut, seit Sie jetzt hier sind. Wir haben das Zimmer für eins mit einem Paarbett ausgetauscht. Aber ihr müsst jetzt kommen, denn wir werden das Zimmer von euch reinigen und freilassen, um es anderen zugänglich zu machen. Schließlich fanden sie, dass ich 700 zu viel zahlen müsste und in ein anderes Hotel gehen müsste, ein Zimmer mit meiner Buchung im gleichen Hotel, wo ich war, kompatibel und ersetzten uns ein Zimmer. Dafür löschen wir den Auftrag aus dem Restaurant, wo wir waren, und laufen wieder in den Horel. Die Empfangsperson war arrogant und entbehrlich, lachte, als ich sagte, ich habe nicht um irgendeine Güte gebeten und sondern um ein Zimmer mit der gleichen Beschreibung des Zimmers, das ich vorzeitig reserviert und das auch vorzeitig bezahlt wurde. Sie hatten nie die Haltung, sich für das zu entschuldigen, und ich fühlte mich als Verbraucher unachtsam. Es war eine Situation, die mich überflüssig stresste und meine kurze Reise verhinderte, und ich musste mich noch mit dieser Situation befassen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr gut und erfahren.
