Das Zimmer war gross genug, aber Einrichtung war mangelhaft. Durch einem Fenster kam Lärm rein! Im Waschbecken nur kaltes Wasser, in der Dusche nur heißes Wasser;( Frühstück war aber lecker) Würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Normalerweise gehe ich dorthin, es ist sehr einfach und effektiv mit einem guten Preis, je nach Zeitraum.

Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unprofessionalism and a dismissive attitude. Instead of being greeted warmly, the receptionist seemed irritated by my presence and responded to my questions with impatience. What should have been a simple check-in process felt unnecessarily stressful due to their lack of courtesy. Not only were they unhelpful when I asked for clarification on certain details, but they also appeared annoyed when I inquired about wait times. Their tone was curt, and they made no effort to provide a welcoming or positive experience. Reception is often the first point of contact for any business, and the behavior of the staff left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I would strongly urge management to address the issue, as the first impression really matters, and this certainly left a sour one. I hope they improve their customer service in the future, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise reputable establishment.

My holiday was completely ruined by the hotel, starting with a terrible and stressful check-in experience. We had to change our booking dates due to personal reasons, and everything had been confirmed by the hotel via email. After leaving home at midnight and catching a 6 AM flight, we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM, only to be told there was no booking under my name. Panicked, we asked them to double-check, as we had an email confirmation. We waited for two hours without any assistance or updates from the staff. Frustrated, I contacted *******, who confirmed that the hotel had indeed provided confirmation, but the hotel refused to acknowledge this. After an hour-long call with ******* (which cost me £162), the hotel still denied any responsibility for failing to update their system. ******* advised us to rebook the room and promised a refund after they investigated and retrieved the recorded conversation between the hotel and themselves, as the hotel clearly refused to take accountability. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, speaking in Turkish and giving us looks, all while ignoring our concerns. One by one, they would come to the reception, speak amongst themselves in Turkish, and continue to dismiss us without offering any updates or an apology for the inconvenience. This is not a five-star hotel when the service doesn’t match the price you pay. They LACK customer service, empathy, and professionalism – truly disappointing. WHAT A SHAME! Now I wish I had recorded all of these experience as a proof and put it out for the world to see. Thats an L on my side!

This is a filthy hotel with very rude staff. The room smelt of smoke, the ceiling is black with smoke, the bathroom was unclean and they tried to charge me 100 euros to clean!! They reduced to 1000 lira when I complained. I paid this as I am on my own in a foreign country. I was paraded at reception like a criminal. The room should be clean in the first place. I will never stay here again and I recommend if your company or doctor book you here then you refuse. The evening food and service in the restaurant is very poor, so most people get food delivered. The hotel then objects! Stay well clear

Reception is very nice and luxury but the rooms are not. Stained floor, air conditioning is not working properly, very noisy, old rooms. Insects in the bathroom and not cleaned as it should. Food is ok. Far from city, not a lot places to eat around.

This is a 0 hotel, god knows who gave this 5 star review. Internet is non existent in this hotel, I couldn't work at all, staff is average, they don't know much, hotel staff asking for $90 usd for taxi whereas I booked my own taxi and paid $30 Average room, breakfast is average as well same repetitive options half of the breakfast menu is not edible, heater works and stops working on its own, either its too hot or too cold, called front desk people come and do nothing. location is pathetic as well very far from major attractions like blue mosque, grand bazaar. stay away from this hotel..

Very comfortable hotel, close to the airport, spacious rooms, there are bathrobes, slippers, high-quality cosmetics in the rooms, any questions - promptly responded, good breakfast, very tasty tea, polite staff, special thanks for the care and attention to Seda EKİZOĞLU🫶

As we missed our flight we were placed in this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is surrounded by businesses and other hotels. It is about 45 minutes away from the airport. Breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. Some staff are very friendly and helpful but a couple were rude. The room was lovely with comfortable beds and nice shower.

Excellent Hotel, a little far from the city but quiet and excellent service, breakfast is great and they offer so many options, swimming pool and Turkish bath were all amazing, room service 24 hours delicious food. All the staff of the Hotel is very kind, was a lovely experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights after having surgery, the bed was amazing. It was clean, tidy, and big room. Reception staff lovely helpful and funny. Didn’t have any food but hubby did go down and was met by rude lady who told him off for not having a reservation even though restaurant was empty. Nothing around the hotel but was nice to relax

Was send to this hotel by Turkish airline when my flight was chanceld. A good hotel. Littel old but well maintained When I saw the price of the hotel must say, value for the money. If I some time will to come back to Istambul and need a hotel this hotel will be one of the first I cheek.

Very good accommodation. Nice people, always ready to answer in a proper way to any reasonable request, and even give some extra services according to ones needs. Fast covid test onsite. Excellent service.

I got a very pleasent breakfast with a nice selection of turkish food, there is a omellette lady who cooks antes kind of eggs also there is fresh juice bar with an extra cost but its worth it we arrive here in a triple through Turkey.
