Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Hotel Bewertungen

Oben machte ständig jemand Lärm und ich wechselte dreimal das Zimmer. Ich fühlte mich, als würde mir das Hotelpersonal einen Streich spielen. Ich habe den Ton aufgenommen und der Manager sagte, es läge an der Klimaanlage. Dann wechselte ich das Zimmer und schaltete die Klimaanlage aus, wodurch der Lärm noch lauter wurde. Ich nahm auch den Ton auf und verschwendete dann einen ganzen Nachmittag, ohne irgendwohin zu gehen. Am Ende konnte ich es nicht mehr ertragen und habe nachts ausgecheckt. . Darüber hinaus ist der Wartungsstandard der Einrichtungen nicht einmal mit dem eines gewöhnlichen Marriot vergleichbar. Der Preis ist ein ziemlicher Verlust und nicht zu empfehlen.

The stay was over all very nice, capable and polite concierge. The best bit gotta be the indoor swimming pool and the restroom with a steam room, sauna, and experience shower. The staff is clean and efficient. We could move in to the room very early.

The hotel is superb, truly befitting that of a luxurious hotel. Lobby is grand in its modern sleek design and the room is ultra spacious continuing with the sleek design with latest tech enabled facilities . Our room was on the high floor with awesome sweeping city view . Bathroom was humongous with its own little private haman . I’m particular about bathrooms but this one fits the bill completely ! Location is still v central but with taxi fares being so cheap , we ended up taking taxis and the concierge were so efficient in arranging for us while we sat in the lobby . Fares are based on meters with no further charges ! We would like to strongly commend Ali Ozbey from concierge who kindly allowed us to store our luggage there before we left for Cappadocia despite the fact that prior to this we were staying at another hotel in I Ali also was so helpful during our stay there . We would without hesitation say that the Fairmont is our top choice if we return again to Istanbul !

Great check in and great food but the staff seem a bit rude and concierge was not so helpful if he is not getting any commission from the place you are interested on visiting .

Perfect stay! Perfect holiday! Staff was very nice. Best hotel in Istanbul 🙏 top service top quality best food. Will get back very soon to enjoy this experience again!

土耳其的酒店同級別至少比國內差一個檔次，同樣的費爾蒙比國內的費爾蒙房間更小，酒店規模下，大堂就像家裡的客廳，早餐品種少沒有中國人能吃的東西

請大家慎重選擇攜程，在異國被坑騙最慘的竟然是攜程。提前三天讓協調退房離店，説沒辦法一直拖拖拉拉，這就被鑽個空子，我自己改了旅遊計劃後，這又突然告訴我房間退過了，但是錢根本沒退給我，快睡覺前被逼着又多付一晚本已付清的房錢。
