All Seasons Suites

I would like to write about my family stay at All Seasons Suites in Istanbul. My wife, my daughter, and I stayed at that hotel from 7 to 15 January 2023. We noticed significant skin rashes mainly on my daughter's hands, face, and ears, and on my wife's hands and shoulders. By consulting our dermatologist, we knew that those rashes were insect's bites. We started searching for such insects in the apartment and found number of Bed Bugs. The receptionist was informed. Then they asked us to move to another apartment so they can spray some chemicals to eliminate the bugs. This incident was disappointing and ruined the pleasure we were having on our holiday. And caused health issues that might lead to worse cases like infection, allergies and even transmission of serious diseases. We have chosen a good, not cheap hotel for our stay to spend a holiday we deserved. We have expected the hotel management to respect the minimal standards of hygiene and residents' safety, which were not met in this case. By reviewing other clients' feedback on Google Maps, you will see that this was previously reported by others, which means that the hotel management didn't take any action to prevent this from happening again and causing harm to other clients.
