Alles war gut. Nachts war es kein bisschen laut, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

We booked this hotel from *********** and as you can see if you google this hotel , the photos are amazing and you guess it’s the perfect “boutique hotel” When we arrived the reception said that the air conditioner doesn’t work and it hasn’t been working for almost a month , but when we booked the hotel , it said that it had air conditioning , so they literally lied Our rooms were on 1st and 2nd floor and the hallways and rooms were so dark that they looked like dungeons The view was awful The loud noises coming from the alleys near here wouldn’t let us sleep The photos on google showed that the breakfast is self service and we could choose from it but they put a plate for every person with some cheese and ham and veggies so it wasn’t optional and it was awful The rooms are so little we cannot open a suitcase in it And some of the rooms don’t even have a window ( i think we can call this hotel a prison ) The lobby’s restrooms are as bad as McDonald’s WCs and when you shower the whole toilet becomes wet because it’s not separated Generally i hated this hotel and it was awfuuuulll The only good thing was the nice reception and the location( caues it’s beside Istiklal caddesi, that’s it And btw the hotel smelled like moist and street cats would come and walk on the tables we eat I don’t recommend here at all

Sanat Pera is one of my favorite hotel in Istanbul. I love the ambiance, decor, staff. My best spot is the colourful chairs at the enterance that you can connect to lobby-bar-restaurant :) Always recommend my foreign firends to stay here. Also has the quite decent price for accommadation. They have also Restaurant in different place and love there too :) Thank you to Reception Lady for her sincerely service.

Pro’s: 1. The hotel is well-situated, just off the busy Istklal street. 2. Nicely decorated. 3. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. 4. They had scale for us to weigh our bags. Cons: 1. The breakfast was the worst compared to all the various hotels we stayed in Turkey. It is not what is shown in the pictures. The coffee was watery, milky, powdery mixture. We only attended breakfast once, and gave it a miss the rest of our stay. 2. There was no toilet paper in the entire hotel for 1-2 days. My husband had to raid the female guest bathrooms for toilet paper and he said it was shockingly dirty to go in there. When he brought it to the staff on duty’s attention, their response was “housekeeping is only back tomorrow.” 3. The safe in our room was locked with the door open and we were unable to use it the entire time we were there, despite our numerous requests for them to reset it. We have to lug all out valuables with us everywhere we went. 4. Their whole air conditioning system is not functioning properly. Pretty much non-existent. 5. The bedding. Just be aware that in Turkey you only get a flat sheet to sleep under during summer months. No duvet, comforter or bed spread. Takeaway: Would I stay here again? No.

Although travel to Istanbul in summer is not logic for people who lives in northern area because of hot weather and humidity , this hotel add a lot to our problem. without any notice in their website , air condition has been out of order since one months ago and all refrigerators were turned off probably to decrease electricity cost . breakfast was mot good. staff are friendly and there is a metro station near hotel .

Service très décevant, petit déjeuner honteux (assiettes sous plastiques préparées la veille ou l’avant veille), réveilles à minuit par des clients qui tentent de rentrer car l’hôtel leur a attribué la même chambre. salle de bain qui inonde toute la pièce, pas de draps de lit. Personnel qui a la flemme de répondre et donc « don’t speak English ». Chambre minuscule dans laquelle on ne peut même pas ouvrir les valises, bref pour le prix de 80€ il doit y avoir plein d’hôtels avec un personnel content de vous recevoir et un service à la hauteur du prix!

Péssimos quartos, ar condicionado com timer e você tem que acordar a noite inteira para religar. Restrição de papel higiênico que não é reposto. Toalhas de banho fedidas. Péssimo café da manhã. A única coisa boa do hotel e a menina que fica atendendo na recepção que tenta ajudar em tudo que é possível e dá ótimas indicações.
