Every one else is rude except farooq who is slightly better breakfast is cold ever thing they present is cold or they might eat like that, free parking but vary risky it is outside of the hotel ecery car pass through just missing your car mirror, they don't deliver you luggage to your room even if you asked the answer is DIY and information or favours been asked the answer is googled your self

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s close to transportation and shops. However, the room was very small. Breakfast was good.

I visited the hotel last week for 7 nights I'm the night is noisy to sleep because is front of the big boulevard and commercial Zone The quality of the equipment is 7/10 Service as usually very slow Near is carrefour and some shops Arabs serving food and drinks

Great hotel great location , hotel is really good , the room well clean and comfortable, breakfast great made with smile , friendly staff , the hotel is near tram station and many shops you can walk to aksaray laleli it’s 10min away , hope will visit it again . Thanks to all staff especially Mr Farouk at front desk

Hi I stay 9 night with my family in Hotel My Golden have very advantage 1- Close of Metro-Tramva and Bus 2- Staff is very kind and expert and very expert 3- Breakfast is good and every days changed 4- Every days all rooms is clean and rooms is very clean 5- More passenger in hotel is European people 6- Price of this hotel is Good I recommended this hotel

Hotel malo, si vais a Istambul buscar otro hotel, en este ni te entienden, ni hacen el minimo esfuerzo para hacerlo, hotel " rococo", al salir el grupo de excursion se nos dijo que como saliamos a las 7,30, podriamos desayunar a las 7, el restaurante abre a las 7,30, cuando se le comento al " recepcionista" que se habia quedado asi, solo se molesto con el dedo enseñarnos el cartelito de los horarios de malas maneras, habitaciones pequeñas, desayuno malo, insonoridad nula

Excelente hotel de ciudad, su ubicación es perfecta para ir al centro, queda cerca los autobuses, el metro. Aunque nosotros escogimos ir caminando y conocer , a 30 minutos de la santa Sofía, el gran bazar etc. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy muy confortables,te reponen el agua, te dejan todo lo necesario, jabones, papel, té etc, una excelente limpieza, su personal es amable y respuestoso, ayuda en todo momento. Nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi para un restaurante ya que éramos 7 nos consiguieron 2 y muy profesionales. También pedimos comida a la habitación después de un largo día y fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo al 100%
