Samir Deluxe Hotel

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Hotel. Es ist sehr sauber und sicher. Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation und der Straßenbahn. Das Zimmer war makellos und das Personal war sehr nett und respektvoll. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und Sie finden verschiedene Käsesorten, Gemüse, Obst, Eier, Marmelade, Kaffee usw. Sie können kostenlos auf WLAN zugreifen und mit den Rezeptionisten auf Arabisch oder Englisch (und anderen Sprachen) kommunizieren. Ich bin sicher, dass ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft immer wählen werde. Danke sehr

The room was not clean when we arrived and is was so small! We left a note that we were going for a honeymoon and the receptionist told us “ special room” and it was a normal room and less than normal! The staff at the check in was friendly but the night shift wasn’t! The food was not good at all and everything was old and dirty!

Our experience was just awful. We were misleaded by the tourist sites thinking this would be a suitable hotel for a 1-week stay, but this hotel is simply a big fat scam. It does not deserve the money we paid. The rooms are not soundproof at all! Every single noise can be heard : we were at the 2nd floor and heard sounds from the second floor thinking our rooms would be isolated. No decoration was there, the whole "glorious 4 star hotel" dream was shattered by narrow corridors and dirty rooms, inside of a shady street (many thieves in there!). The staff were disastrous and didn't speak English, we had many electricity cuts which scared people off the elevators, the bedsheets were dirty and there was fungus on the walls! The rooms are dry and tend to be extremely hot given that we have no control over the temperature. The breakfast served is always the same and it is disgusting. Their juice making machines did not work and were blurting out filthy stuff. The bar is not open and the "view on the city" that was promised to us in the rooms was all lies, we just had a blank wall. The view was overall miserable. The bed sheets are broken and the room is not cleaned. The staff is extremely rude and impolite : they do not help and they are unwelcoming. The owner even insulted us once! They are always frowned. They only speak Turkish (not what they promised on the site) and they are really unhelpful. Overall a terrible experience. Really expensive and does not deserve 4 stars. We switched hotels mid-trip because they kicked us out for a misunderstanding, LEAVING OUR LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN A PUBLIC AREA! The owner had a terrible attitude and refused to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A TOURIST.

otel temiz merkezi konumda vezneciler metro istasyonu ve Laleli Tranway duragı 400 Metre yürüme mesafesinde ,odalar temiz ve güzel,sabah kahvaltısı için Restaurant 5. katta (Teras kattında) manzarası ve ferahlığı mükemmel özellikle Konumu harika herkese tavsiye edebilirim

Es un hotel donde la ubicación y la limpieza es lo más destacable. Un hotel situado al lado de la universidad de Estambul y de la mezquita de Suleiman, a 20 minutos a pie de la famosa zona de Sultanahmet y a unos 30 minutos a pie de la zona Istiklal y Taksim. Lo bueno es que tienes a 2 minutos la parada de Tranvía (Laleli) y la parada de metro (Vezneciler), en las que puedes llegar a cualquier zona anteriormente mencionadas en 5 minutos. Habitaciones muy limpias, limpieza a diario y tienen el detalle de dejarte todos los días 2 botellitas de agua de cortesía, y tiene minibar. Las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción funciona bien. Coger el único ascensor que hay es una odisea, tienes que hacer uso de las escaleras porque siempre está ocupado. El desayuno está incluido, pero es muy muy muy cortito…apenas hay variedad…hay verduras y algo de fruta. Poco más. Lo recomiendo, pero pienso que por el precio que tiene, se puede encontrar algo mejor o similar en zonas más céntricas. Pero si, lo recomiendo.
