Dieses Hotel hat wahnsinnig freundliches Personal. Die Buchung, der Empfang und die Begrüßung waren einwandfrei Die Lage ist echt super - ca 500 m bis Sultanahmet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der City, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Das Hotel selbst ist okay. Zimmer sauber und absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.

I am so happy that we have chosen Pruva Hotel. The location is the great at the walk distance of the Maine attractions in Istanbul. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a variety of cheese, fruits and other food. Great thanks to the staff who were helpful and kind every time we needed their help. Our big gratefulness is dedicated to Bakhtigar. I contacted him before our arriving by phone and he organized our transfer from/to the airport/hotel. When we arrived, Bakhtigar, explained to us how to get to the main attractions, how to use the public transportation and the ferries to go to the islands, where is the best restaurants to eat and the places to shop . He and Moohammeed recommended and assisted us to book the evening Bosphorus cruise which was an awesome experience. Bakhtigar helped to fix AC in our room when we had some problems with the temperature inside our room, he always was attentive and courteous. We were treated as we are at our home. Highly recommend Pruva Hotel for other tourists who want to explore the beautiful ancient city Istanbul!

My wife and I spent 10 nights at Pruva Hotel in late July 2023. This was our first time at the hotel and from the moment we got there late one night, we were very satisfied with the excellent service we received during our stay. The front desk managers, Mohammed and Bakhtiar were very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our inquiries and needs. The breakfasts, although almost the same every morning, was of a high quality and offered a good range of choice. The cleaning lady, Saima, was also excellent although we could barely communicate with her, and nothing was too much to ask for any of the staff. We wanted to be near the two big mosques and both were within walking distance. SultanAhmed Square was also easily accessible as was the nearest Tram station and all the shops. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel for it's location and excellent staff.

The staff in this hotel are a 10/10 The food for breakfast is amazing as there is such a variety and the room cleaning is free The staff are very helpful and useful 😃 They are next to shops which is helpful and the rooms are always nice and beds are comfortable

I wish to recommend the Pruva Hotel, an extremely comfortable, very conveniently located hotel with amazing staff. You are a very short distance from the Blue Mosque and other central sights. The room is very comfortable with everything required and the breakfast was great. Also, we left something in the safe and Muhammed very kindly arranged to send the item back to us in the UK at their own cost. I was greatly impressed and just an example of the excellent customer service the Pruva hotel offers.

The staff is very welcomming and helpful! Receptionists speak very good english and russian. The room was quite small and without garden view, but cosy. Very calm neibourhood and very close to main touristic atractions. Nice terrace with the Bosphprus view. Breakfast was ok.

The location was perfect. All the tourist spots and restaurants were easily walkable. Though it's in a central area, the hotel was actually in a quiet street. The staff was amazing!! Our flight arrived quite late, but they made everything smooth for us, from airport transfer to checking in. They were also great people to talk to in general and we enjoyed our conversations with them.

The hotel is located close to Sultan Ahmed. Lots of restaurants around. Kind and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and large. We really loved complementary fruit and water in our rooms. Breakfast was ok but I could be beter, specially the warm section and breads.
