Divani Ali Hotel

Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem im Internet präsentierten Angebot! Platzangst, Fahrstuhl mit unangenehmem Uringeruch, für 1 Person mit kleinem Koffer - Hotelgäste nutzten den Fahrstuhl und warteten demütig darauf, dass sie an der Reihe waren. Ein Zimmer von ca. 6m2, eingerichtet mit alten, mit Ölfarbe überzogenen Möbeln, einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und ... kein Platz für 2 Personen und einem Koffer, der nur senkrecht hineinpasste, weil er nicht zu öffnen war. Als ich mit dem Koffer im Zimmer war, war kein Platz für meinen Mann, er wartete auf dem Flur, dann kam mein Mann rein, ich wartete draußen. Trotz der vielen Stunden Fahrt war es unmöglich, auch nur eine Nacht im Hotel zu bleiben. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption sagte, dass es möglich ist, das Zimmer erst am nächsten Tag zu wechseln, aber das wird das Problem nicht lösen, da alle Zimmer im Hotel gleich sind! Wir haben versucht, auf trip.com, wo wir das Zimmer gebucht haben, nach Hilfe zu suchen, weil uns die Verfügbarkeit von Beratern rund um die Uhr zugesichert wurde, leider hat keiner von ihnen geantwortet. Mitten in der Nacht verließen wir mit unseren Koffern das Hotel auf der Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft in anständigem Zustand, zumindest was die sanitären anbelangt. Natürlich muss ich nicht sagen, dass wir trotz des Rücktritts vom Vertrag nicht mit einer Rückerstattung rechnen konnten (Reservierung für 9 Tage). Andere Gäste (eine Gruppe von Serben), die ebenfalls verzweifelt waren, befanden sich in einer ähnlichen Situation. Hüten Sie sich vor diesem stinkenden und klaustrophobischen Hotel mit unprofessionellem Personal und respektlosem Umgang mit Gästen! Leider auch vor dem trip.com-Vermittler, der statt Unterstützung hilflos die Hände ausbreitet.

Avoid at all costs! It's a very basic hotel, definitively not a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are old dated, small, mattresses very uncomfy and the breakfast was horrible, we couldn't eat it, even the coffee was awful. Only good thing is the location.

Place to avoid! Sleazy and dilapidated. I purchased a flight+hotel package, paying for one double room with a city view and one family room with a limited view. Upon arrival, I found a family room in the basement with no window and a double room on the first floor with a wall of worn-out, non-darkening curtains! I asked to pay for a room, and the hotel manager (because I am a woman!) wouldn’t even address me. He kept repeating that everything was full when Booking showed available rooms!! In less than half an hour, we fled to another establishment. Be cautious because this hotel is listed as 4 stars on EDreams! In reality, it’s at most a 1-star establishment!!

The bathroom was quite small, making it a challenge to move around and even close the door comfortably. The shower was also quite cramped. Additionally, there was a noticeable water leakage issue near the sink at the bottom. Housekeeping was a letdown. Our bedsheets weren't changed daily, and they even had holes in them. The towels provided were far from satisfactory, they appeared yellow and old. I was surprised to find no tea-making facilities in the room, which is typically a standard amenity in most hotels. After raising this concern, they did provide a kettle, but it was in poor condition – broken and unclean. When we plugged it in, it caused an electrical outage in the entire room. We booked a triple room for three adults, but it seemed a third bed was cramped into a two-bedroom. The breakfast offered was disappointingly limited. The only notable variety was in terms of cheese, which became repetitive quickly. Some of the food items seemed stale and unappetizing. The tea dispenser in the breakfast room was also inconveniently small and frequently ran out. This resulted in unnecessary waiting times, and on one occasion, even though the breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30 a.m., we were informed it was over at 10:20 a.m., which was rather frustrating. Basic facilities were lacking, and the overall value for the price paid was questionable. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear noise from the streets and neighbouring rooms, which disrupted my comfort and sleep. Furthermore, one of the receptionists, especially around 10 pm, exhibited unprofessional behaviour and was overly flirtatious. This made for an uncomfortable experience. They really need to train their staff about professionalism.

We had a very badly maintained room, not cleaned.Luckily we always carry wipes since Covid and we had to wipe everything before using our room.Issues are extremely slow to be dealt with and sometimes never.Had to chase them.Been to Istanbul numerous times as well as other countries but never like this.It can’t be a 4 Star hotel, I would give it. -2 to be generous.

I was dissapointed, the photos are nothing like the actual hotel ,rooms are small and dirty we stayed for a week and bedding was not changed once , amenities were poor and breakfast choices were limited. Staff did not speak even basic english or even checked to see how we were. Hospitality was so poor. Beds are shown as double however are two single joined. When telling staff bed was broken staff did not try to fix this, was very uncomfortable as there was 2 single beds.

Hotel room was very poor and not very clean bedsheets had marks on them. Windows did not open correctly only one hinge was working the bathroom shower head did not have a mount. Overall not a great hotel would not go back there again photos are not accurate at all

Was great close to everything but was extremely small 2 suitcases really couldn’t fit with 2 people.

I just check out from this hotel not good at all .. not clean the location not good between trash .. the staff rude they just want extra money .. the smell is bad Everything is bad Not good experience
