Location is not good, it has a difficult steep walk to the closest metro station They say they provide shuttle, but it is not available on holidays and the attitude of the driver makes you regret taking it The staff is very rude and impolite. The laundry and mini bar charges are a total scam. I paid over $200 for laundry that costs me $30-40 in US, China and Korea. I travel often for work and this is the price range I pay The mini bar has only soft drink and then with little explanation they charged me $70 for a few cans of iced tea and water that will cost you less than $5 if you buy from a supermarket The breakfast had good variety, but you could see signs of air dried cheese and bread ... not fresh No consideration for sleep time. You hear the staff talking near mid night and then they knock at your door at 8:30am for cleaning

Der Komfort und die Ausstattung unseres Aufenthalts waren gut, aber am Ende saß ich am Steuer, obwohl ich die meisten Mitarbeiter belohnt hatte, als ich das Hotel verließ. Niemand kam meiner Frau zu Hilfe, um das Gepäck zu tragen. Als wir den Koffer aus dem Hotel brachten, stellten wir fest, dass der Schmuckring meiner Frau heruntergefallen war. Dann kehrten wir schnell ins Hotel zurück und alles, was wir fanden, konnte nicht gefunden werden. Und ich gab der Reservierung eine Telefonnummer an, um mich darüber zu informieren, ob dies der Fall war möglich, aber ich glaube nicht, dass sie es finden können

Grand Cevahir war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett, besonders Unzile und Emrullah an der Rezeption.

Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt niemandem empfehlen.

I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.

That was a remarkable experience in this hotel. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. There was pool inside and outside the hotel. Staff of the hotel was kind and polite. Rooms was clean and also had a citywide view. The hotel is in the Europe side of turkey and in the very good location, near by the sisli street and Jevajir mall which end to the taksim square and esteklal street.

Terrible experience at the check in as they forced us to pay extra even-though booking was done through ******* app and full payment was already made. Can not rely on the hotel as you don’t know what you face or can expect after a very long flight. We will definitely not go back.

Stay at this hotel for a conference and we’re very happy with our experience. Our room was large and with a comfortable bed and sheets. The staff cleaning the rooms was very attentive and always we’re ready to provide service. The main lobby area is quite large, and the staff of the reception were very attentive as well. The Breakfast area is fairly large even with an outdoor area and the breakfast was quite extensive and well prepared. The only negative is the location which is relatively far from all the touristy areas and many of the upscale restaurants, however, is very easy to access with a taxi.

Everything is good ,,, Breakfast is very good,,, Room clean,,, Room service is excellent,,, They also gave us early check in,,,Its far from public transports and you have to pay for taxi,,, but its only 100 lira to Taksim,,, they also have free shuttle to Cevahir Mall & Taksim square. The only annoying thing is the morning breakfast you will face the surgery hair transplanted men with covered Head and wounded with reddish blood covers 🤢

We had a good time in the suite. No problems. Variety of choices for breakfast. Front desk will bring any supplies needed. TV is multi-lingual. Only con is the mattress being so soft ands high tub wall. Furniture is somewhat tired looking. Staff are friendly.

We stayed here for a week in June as part of a package deal after surgery. After reading the reviews I was slightly worried and expecting to be disappointed. However I was very pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and staff were very helpful and polite. The room was average but definitely adequate. All the staff we came in contact with were very polite and friendly. Room service was very prompt and the food was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay.
