Tolles Hôtel mit perfekter Lage zur Altstadt- 5 Minuten zur Hagia Sophia und zu den Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß. Sehr motiviertes Team (sehr freundlich Deniz und Miraq!). Zimmer leider etwas zu heiß und Klimaanlage arbeitet nur zeitversetzt aber dann ok. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich- einzig die russischen Gäste verweigern konsequent die vorgeschriebene Maske!

Well, what can I say? This is an absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived we were transported back in time to an Agatha Christie novel! Such is the opulence of this amazing hotel. Situated in a lively street, not far from the very heart of this wonderful city, surrounded by architectural and historical delights – this hotel cannot fail to engender a feeling of opulence when one arrives at the portico. Entering this magnificent facade one is greeted by amazing staff members – all of whom are very knowledgeable in the history of the city and also very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke perfect English. The rooms are both interesting and comfortable. Ours had a very high ceiling with a plethora of architectural detail. The bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast was absolutely stupendous – silver service attentiveness at every turn. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! If you are coming to Istanbul then this is the place to be. There is just one downside – the spiral staircase that transports guess to the elevated plateau above the chandelier lit dining area isn’t really suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that enjoy.

Tolles Hotel ! Top Lage , einzigartiges Interieur ♥️ Super freundliches Personal. Ich habe dieses Hotel spontan gebucht und auf Tripadvisor zufällig gefunden , da ich in der Nähe der fähranleger etwas gesucht habe . Ich kam aus Büyükada. Also noch auf der Fähre gebucht . Habe ohne zu fragen ein Upgrade bekommen . Das Zimmer ist der wahnsinn. Sehr sehr sauber . Coole Dusche ;) bequemes Bett und die Lage 1A Es gibt eine Smoking area draußen auf dem Balkon mit super view. Ich muss sagen ich bin fasziniert . Habe sehr oft schon in Istanbul übernachtet auch in Ciragan Palace ... vom Service vergleichbar ! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin , weil İstanbul so groß ist teile ich meistens die Übernachtungen auf damit man Zeit sparen kann ;)) vielen vielen Dank

Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr kostengünstig. Am ersten Tag gab es ein Problem mit der Heizung und es wurde sofort geholfen, das Problem zu beheben. Das Frühstück lohnt sich nicht und die Speisen sind sehr einfach. Insgesamt schön und sauber, Handtücher und Badezusätze sind auch sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt ideal an der Hauptstraße in der Altstadt von Istanbul. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es weniger als 20 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Süleymaniye-Moschee und zum Großen Basar nur 10 Minuten. Es ist im Wesentlichen von Hotels und Restaurants umgeben und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel besteht aus 4 kleinen Gebäuden, in deren Mitte sich die Lobby befindet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Schalldämmung ist gut und nachts ist es ruhig. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und geschmacksintensiv. Ich liebe die verschiedenen S*****en, Käsesorten und Desserts. Der Service ist herzlich und einladend. Nach dem Auschecken ergriff er die Initiative und half uns, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren. Der Lobbymanager äußert sich ehrlich zu den schlechten Taxigewohnheiten in Istanbul und hilft Gästen bei der Buchung eines Taxis. In der Lobbybar gibt es Mövenpick-Eis, das günstiger ist als in China.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Istanbul. Die Zimmer sind sehr dekorativ, sauber und haben einen wundervollen Stadtausblick. Vom Hotel aus ist der Galata Turm, Istiklal Caddesi und der Taksim Platz fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch andere Hotspots liegen relativ nah. Auch die U-Bahnstation befindet sich in der Nähe (Şişhane oder Taksim). Des Weiteren möchte ich ein großes Lob an das Hotelpersonal aussprechen. Sie sind sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und beherrschen auch andere Fremdsprachen. Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel mit voller Zufriedenheit. Danke für alles!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Sie haben kein offenes Buffet.Der Empfangsmann ist unverantwortlich. Der Ort ist schrecklich, dass Sie fühlen, dass Sie mit kriminellen Menschen sind und sehr gefährlich nicht sicher. Wir sind in Romantic Mansion Apartment zweimal im Oktober 2019 untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber. Das Frühstück ist leicht über dem Durchschnitt. Es gibt jedoch einen Spielraum für Verbesserungen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Aber. . . . Der wichtigste positive Faktor war die Zusammenkunft von Herrn Selim, dem Hotelmanager, der alles getan hat, um unsere angenehme und unvergessliche Urlaub in der Türkei zu gewährleisten. Er kämpfte mutig mit den Touristen für die Preise der Luftballons in Capadocia, Taxibetreiber zum Flughafen von Abfahrt und Rückfahrt, Sie müssen Reisekarten organisieren und die lokalen Regelungen täglich bestellen. Ferien war auf dem ganzen Weg mit seiner lokalen Unterstützung lustig. Ihre Persönlichkeit war außergewöhnlich. Danke, Herr Selim In Dank, dass Sie nicht unbemerkt zu passieren.

Die in anderen Bewertungen beschriebene Freundlichkeit des Personals kann ich bestätigen. Das ist aber leider auch das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel. Nun zu den Kritikpunkten. Gebucht hatte ich ein 20 Qm großes Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Minibar. Erhalten habe ich ein ca. 12 Qm großes Zimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Minibar mit einer milchigen Fensterscheibe. Wieso wirbt das Hotel mit Balkonen, wenn es im gesamten Haus keine solchen gibt? Im Zimmer gab es nicht einmal einen Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit und der defekte Brauseschlauch machte das Duschen nahezu unmöglich. Die eigentlich recht ansehnliche Dachterrasse konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil sie als Baustofflager dient. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist geschlossen, was ich aufgrund der Pandemie akzeptieren konnte, aber mir vorab einen Hinweis gewünscht hätte. Insgesamt war ich von der Hotelleistung sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotelwirbt mit 4,5 Bewertungspunkten von Tripadvisor (aus dem Jahr 2012), was keinesfalls dem heutigen Leistungsangebot entspricht. Ich werde dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.

Mega nettes Personal, sauberes Hotel mit leckerem, vierfältigem Frühstück. Alles wird einem gerecht gemacht. Auf so gut wie alle Wünsche werden eingegangen, mindestens versucht einzugehen. Herr Şükrü ist sehr sympathisch und kann auch viel organisieren, geht ebenfalls auf Wünsche ein. Frau Fatoş und Frau Sedef sind ebenfalls mega nett und gesprächig. Man kann viel erfragen bzgl. der Stadt und dem Einkauf (Shoppingmeilen etc.). Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Man hat sehr gute Verbindungen mit der Tram. Die Tramstation ”Gülhane” ist nichtmal 2 Minuten entfernt vom Hotel. Zur Hagia Sofia Moschee und zum Sultan Ahmet Platz dauern es zu Fuß nichtmal 10 Minuten. Also kommt man überall sehr schnell und gut hin! :) Trotz der Pandemie haben sie und einen sehr angenehmen und bendenklosen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Auf die Hygiene wird hier ebenfalls sehr geachtet. Preis - Leistung ist Top! Kommen hier seit Jahren mind. einmal im Jahr hin. Freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

Es ist okay, weil es nahe den Touristenpunkten ist. Ich blieb in einem kleinen Zimmer, aber ich konnte eine Tasche setzen und ich konnte den Beetle nicht sehen. Wenn der Transporter jedoch schwer ist, wird es ein wenig unbehaglich, wenn die Treppen klimmen. Es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Hotel, das den Preis berücksichtigt. Soundproofing ist nicht gut.

We had a reservation for 4 rooms - 2 quadruple, 1 for 5 people and 1 single. For 4 nights. First - we decided 2 of the rooms to extend our vacation and go 1 day in advance and made an additional reservation through Booking. She was canceled from the hotel on the day of arrival with the excuse that they could not check the credit card / and the reservation for the remaining 4 nights in all rooms was guaranteed with the same card and ”managed” to withdraw money after that /. We arrived all 4 rooms in the evening for accommodation and it turned out that they do not have any rooms, nothing that our reservation was made 2 months ago, and also nothing that Booking still had rooms available, but at much higher prices. We would be accommodated in another hotel for 2 nights and then move back. Anyway, we agreed. We go to the other hotel, there they give us 4 rooms, only 3 double and 1 quadruple. There is no place to accommodate us all, there is no place to fall in the double needles, let alone put a bed. They were going to find us another room, but we had to pay for it. Do we have a choice?!? They send us to a third hotel, there the room is supposedly for 5 people, it is double again. Finally, we find a room in the fourth hotel, which can fit in somehow, crumpled and at 01.00 at night we successfully check in. After 2 days we moved together to the hotel where we had to be from the beginning. The rooms are not what we paid for at all, but at least we are not on the street! Conditions are miserable! Dirty, hair in the bathroom and the room, everything is falling apart, no blankets, they were washed, we have to wait until the evening for towels that they were not washed, the disgusting and disgusting breakfast ... The man from the single room moved him once more for last night. And all the time the behavior of the owner and staff was arrogant and impudent, without a gram of regret for what was happening !!! By no means do I recommend the hotel, even without money to offer it to you! Complete miserable !!!

Wir wurden sehr gut von unserem Gastgeber begrüßt, der während unseres Aufenthalts super nett war. Wir konnten unser Zimmer wählen. Alles ist sehr sauber und jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants, U-Bahn-Station, Denkmälern usw. ... aber es befindet sich in einer Straße, die nicht laut ist also kein Geräusch in der Nacht! Das Zimmer ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wenn wir zurück nach Istanbul gehen, wird das sicher in diesem Hotel sein!

Die in anderen Bewertungen beschriebene Freundlichkeit des Personals kann ich bestätigen. Das ist aber leider auch das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel. Nun zu den Kritikpunkten. Gebucht hatte ich ein 20 Qm großes Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Minibar. Erhalten habe ich ein ca. 12 Qm großes Zimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Minibar mit einer milchigen Fensterscheibe. Wieso wirbt das Hotel mit Balkonen, wenn es im gesamten Haus keine solchen gibt? Im Zimmer gab es nicht einmal einen Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit und der defekte Brauseschlauch machte das Duschen nahezu unmöglich. Die eigentlich recht ansehnliche Dachterrasse konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil sie als Baustofflager dient. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist geschlossen, was ich aufgrund der Pandemie akzeptieren konnte, aber mir vorab einen Hinweis gewünscht hätte. Insgesamt war ich von der Hotelleistung sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotelwirbt mit 4,5 Bewertungspunkten von Tripadvisor (aus dem Jahr 2012), was keinesfalls dem heutigen Leistungsangebot entspricht. Ich werde dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.
