Location: this hotel is located in a safe place, opposite metro station with short distance to iconic places in Paris. Room: rooms are clean, tidy, air-conditioned, quiet, the only problem we found for us that the bathroom is separated, via plastic curtains from the room. Otherwise, the rooms were OK comfortable. There are a shower and bathtub and a separated toilet. Breakfast: to our opinion the breakfast was the rather of three star hotel breakfast. Staff at hotel: staff, very friendly accommodating, on the first day after coming back from sightseeing , the room was a bit smelly so the hotel staff changed our room straight away and the second room Was alright. There is a car park there against Payment. You can park your car safely. Next to the reception are fridges where one can buy sandwiches and drinks. We recommend this hotel to people with small children and families.

Très bon hôtel, tous le personnel est accueillant, disponible à toute heure et à votre écoute., sympathique et arrangeant. L’hôtel est sécurisé et bien desservis par les transports en commun. La décoration est soigné, jolie salle de repas. Les chambres sont idéal pour un séjour parisien avec tous le confort nécessaire. Der Nachtmanager David war am hilfreichsten und begrüßenswert, als wir am Montag Abend eins erreichten. Dieses neugierige Geschäftshotel liegt in der Nähe des Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Paris Ring Road) und bietet in nur 30 Minuten einen hohen Zugang zum CDG-Flughafen. Wir waren müde nach dem langen Flug, so dass wir sehr dankbar waren, dass er uns so schnell für unseren zehn-Nacht- Aufenthalt überprüft hat. Mit unserem Platinum Bonvoi-Status David hat uns auch auf die Junior Suite (#122) mit Blick auf den angenehmen Innenhof Garten aktualisiert. Das geräumige Trapezoidal-Formatzimmer kam mit großem Sofa, Schreibtisch, super King-Size-Bett, großem Schrank und einem integrierten Kühlschrank, sicher und Getränkebar. Das Badezimmer war auch extrem spezifisch. Alles schmeckte sauber und sah spotless aus. Unsere Anfragen für zusätzliche Kissen, Hänge und Toiletten wurden immer schnell erfüllt. Hauspflege machte eine sehr gute Arbeit. Unsere Reservierung kam mit täglichem Frühstück, das im Erdgeschoss serviert wird. Eine weit über dem Durchschnittsverteilung - aber wichtiger noch ist die Qualität sehr offensichtlich trotz fehlender Live-Station zur Herstellung von Eiern. Insgesamt wird CMPdV sehr empfohlen. Ihr Team, das die Front Desk verwaltet, sind unverletzlich.

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

Schreckliche Erfahrung mit diesem Best Western Hotel. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für Familie von 4. So, die gleiche Erfahrung für beide Zimmer unten: Kein warmes Wasser für fast den gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Tage). Personal liegt nur (erwähnt) über einige heiße Wasserkühlprobleme. Wir hatten nur einmal heißes Wasser, so war die Dusche schwierig! Ja, das warme Wasser war erst nachts verfügbar. Und das heiße Wasser erschien magisch am Tag 2. Das war es. Kein Eisen im Zimmer. Kein Kühlschrank oder Kühlschrank. Kein Eis. Keine Kaffeemaschine in einem der Zimmer ( Sie müssen es fragen, wenn Sie es brauchen). Sehr laut auf der Seite des Hotels - gegenüber dem Ladedeck des großen Supermarktes. Lieferung beginnt um 7 Uhr morgens. Die Pipe in dem Hotel ist sehr, sehr laut, so wenn jemand duschen oben oder unter Ihrem Zimmer die ganze Seite ist nur schreien! Also, wenn Sie schlafen wollen- sicher tragen Ohrsticks die ganze Nacht! Aber Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie sprechen Englisch! Wenn Sie noch ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel brauchen (Vielleicht wird es billiger;), vermeiden Sie Abschnitt mit *05-*06 Zimmer!

The hotel has been amazing, everyone at the hotel is so welcoming, and the space inside the hotel is even better! We chose the superior room which had an incredible amount of space, very well decorated and the room was immaculate. Due to recent media hysteria regarding Paris, I was extremely apprehensive but let me tell you, there's no need to worry here. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows as well, the rooms felt modern and fresh. I would choose staying a little further outside of the centre of Paris, travel is so easy and this hotel will be my first choice when I come back! Really, thank you so much. You guys really made our stay!

Booked this via TUI for a 3 night stay in Paris and we weren't disappointed. Firstly the hotel is only a short walk from the nearest metro station, about 5 minutes. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and the rooms are very well equipped. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms have exactly what you need. The front desk and staff are very helpful. If you are looking for a base to allow you to explore paris you cant ho wrong with this hotel. You can be at the Eiffel Tower in less than 20 minutes

Absolutely awful hotel. Don’t be fooled by the website they don’t speak a word of English, they don’t even bother trying just speak to you in fluent French and laugh at you when you don’t understand. Arrived and where given a room key on arrival to the 4th floor a cleaner forced us to stay in the lift speaking to us in French we did not understand, we told her we needed to get out and she shouted at us then forced us to go downstairs. At reception her and the worker spoke in French and did not address us or tell us what was going on once. We were then given another key, went up to the 4th floor again and the room was occupied. Back down to reception the two workers argued then gave us the same key we were given in the first place. The room was tiny and boiling, our window opened wide into the corridor of the hotel. Anyone could get through it into our room so we had to keep it shut and stay boiling, no fresh air possible at all,, even with the window open. The shower was like a public one at a swimming pool - turned off every 30 seconds you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. Not only that the bathroom was so small you couldn’t mive without the shower curtain sticking to you, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, leaking into the bedroom even with the shower curtain shut, bath mat down and bathroom door shut. The bed squeaked with the slightest touch could not move all night without it making a racket. I did not get a single bit of sleep because the walls were ridiculously thin I could hear the person next to us showering and drying their hair at 2 am and every door opening and closing. The next day we changed rooms and the new room was fine. However on our last day we had an early start, breakfast supposedly starts at 6 we went down at 6:15 and got turned away, the man just kept saying check out? Sortie? To us so we took that as a cue to leave. Staff are incredibly rude. Also would not recommend booking with lastminute.com as customer service is non existent, no help at all. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
