This is an oceanfront, four-bedroom, four-bath condominium with 2,000 square feet of living space featuring fantastic views of the Atlantic. Perfectly located in the heart of the Isle of Palms once you arrive you might never need your car again during your vacation. Fine dining, shopping, and treats can all be found steps away from this privately gated condominium complex. To further enhance the location, "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a large deck that provides perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a wonderful private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country. The interior of "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a perfect blend of colors and comfort. Beautiful floors and a fireplace anchor the lovely decor. The kitchen, recently renovated, is perfect for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering easy and elegant. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom. Additional Amenities: - High speed internet with Wi-Fi. - Access to the Ocean Palms Swimming Pool provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property.. - The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. *Parking Details:* - Your home has two assigned parking spaces. - Guests will need a car pass to park in the lot and a gate code for entrance. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Two twin single beds Bedroom 4 / King bed --- . This is a smoke-free property.. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
