Obwohl es sich nicht um eine moderne Konstruktion handelt, ist die Wartung perfekt und die Sauberkeit einwandfrei. Gerade weil es sich um ein relativ altes Gebäude handelt, ist die Schalldämmung sehr gut und die Wohnungen sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt dieses Hotels, es fehlt an nichts und alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und Sauberkeit. Auch das Frühstück muss geschätzt werden. Vielfalt und Qualität gehen einher mit der hausgemachten Zubereitung von fast allem. Und hier sind sowohl der Service als auch das Küchenpersonal außergewöhnlich. Alles war köstlich, jedes 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte gerne ein halb so gutes Frühstück wie dieses. Möglicherweise fehlt mir das Lob und der Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Um 22.00 Uhr rufe ich die Unterkunft erneut an (nachdem ich versucht habe, uns den ganzen Nachmittag ohne Erfolg mit ihnen zu kommunizieren ), damit sie informiert werden, dass wir auf dem Weg waren und uns sagen, dass es kein Problem gibt, dass bis 06.00 Stunden die Rezeption offen sein wird. Auf 23.50 Stunden sind wir in die Unterkunft gekommen und das Mädchen, das mir vor ein paar Stunden telefonisch antwortete, behauptet, dass die Reservierung abgeschafft wurde, weil wir nicht bei der Unterkunft vorgestellt wurden. Wir waren erschüttert, weil wir zwei Stunden vorher angerufen hatten und alles in Ordnung war. Die Buchung unserer Zimmer, beschlossen sie ohne vorheriges Warnsignal ”weil sie nicht ins Komplex vorgestellt” zu stornieren. Sie haben uns nie kontaktiert, sie haben uns buchstäblich auf der Straße und zu diesem Zeitpunkt gezogen. Ich halte diese Situation für surrealistisch. Ich habe nie eine so schreckliche, so bedauerliche Erfahrung erlebt. Ich bin traurig, sehr traurig über das, was passiert ist. Wir befinden uns in einer Pandemie mit allen Einschränkungen, die dies für eine Unterkunft in jedem Fall bedeutet.*** Einrichtung und zu dieser Stunde der Nacht. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft nichts. Ich scheine gefährlich, denn ich vermute, wenn die Reise mit Kindern ist, kann die Erfahrung noch schrecklicher sein.
