Strand Hotel Terme Delfini

Das Hotel ist einfach perfekt für den Urlaub! Es hat zwei Swimmingpools im Freien - mit salzigem kaltem Wasser und mit warmem Wasser. Ein weiterer befindet sich im Spa-Bereich, wo wir auch die beste entspannende große Massage hatten. Es war perfekt gelegen, weil wir den Zugang zum Strand direkt vom Hotel aus hatten, das Wasser kristallklar war und es keine Menschenmassen gab, die Sie an öffentlichen Stränden finden können. Das Restaurant auf verschiedenen Ebenen, alles weiß, wunderschön und der Blick auf eine Burg und das Meer - ist ein erstaunlicher Bonus für ein leckeres Essen! Alles war immer frisch und lecker, besonders geliebte Pasta mit den Meeresfrüchten. Es liegt in der Nähe der Post - 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder mit dem Bus (12,13). Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns wie in einer großen Familie. Das besondere Wow ist für das Zimmer, es war ziemlich groß, das Bett sehr bequem, es gab auch ein Sofa, ein Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne (kann auch als Whirlpool genutzt werden) und der Balkon war mit Blick auf das Meer, die Burg und einen Sonnenaufgang - so schön! Das Zimmer und das gesamte Anwesen war immer sauber, ich kann sagen, sie kümmern sich wirklich darum ☺️ Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Party hotel next door so don’t expect to get any sleep before midnight - when you ring reception you get told it’s not our hotel ? Shane because hotel and staff are lovely and the view amazing - Shane as would not stay again due to the lack of sleep

I booked in this structure for 4 days to rest and celebrate my birthday in ischia. The booking was correct from their website. Its located 10 minutes from the port by car/bus/taxi. The staff its welcoming, the rooms are clean and have decorations with mosaics, the sea view from the room its fantastic, you have a clearl view to Castle Aragonese. there are 2 pools in front of the hotel next to each other with saltwater, but you dont really feel the salt. And the access to the sea its easily to reach. There is free parking in the hotel but not for a big capacity of cars. The restaurant offers lunch menu and dinner menu, and the food was delicious. The area of spa its a room with a large bath with warm water 24h hours wich creates a good relaxing time.

Good: Fantastic location with panoramic views to Ischia Ponte and the Castello. Boat taxi to Ischia Ponte (saving time and a 30 minute walk uphill on return). Excellent sunny location all day. Bad: Indifferent and disinterested reception staff. Everything appeared to be too much trouble and customer service was virtually non existent. Arrived at 2.00pm (published check in time). Was told the room would not be ready until 4.00pm. The room, on the lower ground floor had a moderate sea view but was in no way 'deluxe'. Tired and damaged furniture, no telephone, no hotel information literature and a strong smell of dampness. It took a further two days and a lot of pestering on our part to be moved to a room on the upper floor. This one had an excellent sea view but the same tired and damaged furniture and definitely not 'deluxe'. The restaurant in an annex close to the main hotel was clean and smart but was predominately fish based in its menu and expensive. €30 for clams in spaghetti, €20 for spaghetti in tomato sauce and €12 for an ice cream ensured that we looked elsewhere to eat on future occasions. A bar that was seldom staffed (the barman being used for other hotel tasks), a buffet breakfast that was under average for a 4star establishment, no sign of a Night Porter when we departed at 6.00am. Pools that never seemed to be cleaned, stained and dirty sun loungers - the list could be endless This hotel could be really excellent, at present it is barely 2 star and certainly not 4 star.
