Villa Panoramica - Ischia Ponte

This hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.

Pessima esperienza... Soggiorno effettuato con la famiglia il giorno di Pasquetta 2023.. Struttura priva di riscaldamenti, porta del balcone che non si chiude e fortunatamente amici del posto ci hanno prestato delle coperte per trascorrere la notte. Lenzuole con capelli e peli sia nel letto matrimoniale che nei due letti singoli. Occupiamo la struttura solo in tarda notte, anche se ci viene comunicato da conoscenti che già dopo le 20.00 non c'è nessuno alla ricezione. Pertanto comunichiamo la pessima situazione trovata solo al mattino quando andiamo via e la signora della reception con modi molto superficiali ci riferisce semplicemente che è dispiaciuta.... Assolutamente non consigliabile.

Pros - well positioned, clean , lovely view, really helpful ladies on the desk, two/three minutes from beach ( next to Bagno Lucia). Cons - basic 3 star hotel, no balcony, big comfortable bed, telly we never watched (Out of choice), and that was it pretty much. Breakfast was in town high street and was a pastry and two drinks. Really enjoyable, plugged in with locals, excellent coffee, juice and pastry. Lovely waking up experience. Overall knew this would not be a holiday for being budget conscious, the hotel was not cheap for what it was but absolutely fine, being in a position on the beach, peaceful and when you wanted help or advice the desk ladies were really relaxed and very helpful. Hotel was full but quiet and with all the things to see we slept well there every night. Glad we visited the island, organised our own transfer, Naples airport, alibus, hydrofoil quay each way, ferry 20 euros single. Bedded areas on beach wanted 30 euro the pair so went were the locals sat. No real supermarkets, so prices high, plenty of places to eat. Good experience in a pretty functional hotel with lovely gardens in a prime position for Ischia Ponte.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for our first time in italy and we’re sadly disappointed by what we were met with. First off, as soon as we walked in our room we noticed none of the doors shut properly, our bathroom door took a good couple of pushes to shut and once it did shut, took a lot of force to open again. Same with the doors to the balcony (if it can be called that) and the window shutters, had to use a lot of force to get them open and closed each day. Secondly, we turned the aircon fan on and a horrendous amount of dust came flying off flying all over our bed and our room!!! The ‘private beach’ they claim to have and all the other reviews state there is is not a private beach at all and is open to the public and costs €15 to sit on! The bar was barely a bar and held a couple of cans of beer and soft drinks and there was rarely anyone manning it for us to ever be able to purchase a drink. The first night we went out it took us 18 minutes to be able to get back in the hotel itself due to the door being lodged shut. The breakfast isn’t even within the hotel and is actually a 10 minute walk away and all this entitled you to is a singular pastry each and a drink. Luckily the breakfast bar was actually beautiful and ran by the loveliest people and was the only thing we enjoyed in relation to this booking. Overall really disappointed with this hotel we had really high hopes for Ischia and it was a good job we’re a couple who like to go out and about and do things as we ended up using this hotel purely to sleep in.

Una vera e propria truffa ...l'esperienza peggiore che mi sia mai capitata , struttura fatiscente ,personale inesistente e non qualificato , giardino incolto ,sterrato e pieni di insetti ...condizioni igienico sanitari pessime ,non credo che abbiano nemmeno le autorizzazioni per essere sul mercato .Stanze con muffa ,pareti e pavimenti sporchi e fatiscenti . Foto ingannevoli che non rispecchiano la realtà ,perché ritoccate . Nessun servizio che ti possa trattenere nella struttura, infatti abbiamo dovuto abbandonare in nemmeno 24 ore dall'arrivo . Toplocatie, op minder dan 100m op het strand via shortcut van het hotel. Al heeft het hotel nood aan wat renovatiewerken. De badkamer is verouderd en wat vochtplekken, de douchekop kon niet omhoog gehangen worden. Geen airco beschikbaar (wat we wisten) maar de ventilator werkt enkel als het licht aan is, wat snachts dus geen optie is. Geen muggenraam wat ervoor zorgt dat je snacht gewekt werd door de muggen en opstond met heel wat beten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat klaar om je te helpen met vragen en noden.
