I'm unclear why some poor reviews. We had an excellent experience. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Hannah on the early morning shift. She was a gem. We arrived around 5am and she was outstanding finding us a room at that early hour even though they were full. Note: shuttle only runs after 7am, and you must call to get it. We didn't use cause so early. Uber was around $15. Great amenities including complementary breakfast everyday including premade omelets, Greek yogurt, eggs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, drinks. All day coffee and nice fruit flavored water. Very easy free parking. Walmart, McDonalds, and other convenient establishments walking distance. Not much in terms of sight seeing, but very convenient to airport. Nice free small gym, and free pool (didn't use though looked fine). Comfortable newer rooms with kitchens including microwave, even dishwasher large fridge, and full complement of dishes, utensils. Good free wifi and AC. Overall a great experience despite being very full. Never felt rushed and staff very polite and available.

Stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can you note to say in cheap and cheerful well was cheap but I certainly wasn’t any cheerful i’ve had the pleasure of staying in many hotels of my life and I thought maybe stayed in one or two bad ones but it was not a statin this hotel that I realised how bad really is I felt I had to stay up all night just to protect my wife it’s like one of these hotels is seeing a Netflix serious where man brings his victims to be chopped up I could actually say I think there was victims chopped up in this hotel sticky carpets no paint on the doors rust all over the bathroom with a mattress That had more ups and downs that a Rocky marriagemore bumps felt totally unsafe and dirty in the whole place when I say I was like something out of a horror movie I’m not messing on helpful and very rude stuff but well it was the most amazing thing was being asked to give a $100 deposit on the room in case we damaged anything the only thing in the room that was worth over $100 was me I don’t think I could’ve damaged a room anymore if I even tried so guys it may be cheaper to stay far away

The staff are incredible here and work hard to make your stay the best. Deekshitha at check-in set the tone. She is very calm and welcoming. We had a large group and she processed our check-in quickly. Abubakar and Pavan were working in the evening for and quickly answered Questions and made some special accommodations for stranded passengers that needed to make changes to their original reservations. Victor and Irma set up the breakfast area and it was amazing. Lots of options on the hot breakfast and it was all delicious and fresh - especially the biscuits and gravy. It was a very hearty meal right before a long day traveling to Europe. Thank you Atrium and Sally Naidu for a wonderful start to our international trip!!!

Aber dies ist das einzige Hotel, in dem ich in so vielen Hotels übernachtet habe, in denen die Lobby keinen kostenlosen Kaffee und kein Wasser bietet und es keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gibt. Im Allgemeinen ist die Kaffeemaschine in den Vereinigten Staaten Standard in Hotels der niedrigen Hotelkette.

The hotel itself missed the mark on the Ritz Carlton gold standard. The highlight of my visit was Dante at the pool. His service was genuine polite and quick. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. The tuna poke bowl was superb! Cocktails were perfectly made. Definitely visit Dante to get the 5 star service. Thank you to Tabitha for checking on us constantly to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

I got married very recently and my wife loved the cleanliness of the bathroom areas. For my part, the hallways were always very clean and the cleaning staff was always very attentive, the towels were impeccable and the beds were always clean. We stayed for 5 days

Flughafen sehr einfach und gerade vorwärts ankommen in DFW aus dem Vereinigten Königreich. Wenn Sie nicht wie wir fahren, können Sie entweder eine Cab ins Hotel oder auf den Dart springen und auf der Station Urban Center gehen. Wenn Sie an der Station sind, geben Sie dem Hotel einen Anruf und sie schicken ihren Shuttlebus, um Sie zu sammeln. Hotel im Allgemeinen Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Es hat einen kleinen Shop in der Innenstadt, der im Vergleich zu der 7/11 neben der Tür lol Hotel Lage Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel. Aber weiteren Bereich können Sie mit dem Zug oder dem Cab nach Dallas oder Fort Worth. Hotelzimmer Eine Grundzimmer, aber sehr sauber, und hatte alles, was Sie für einen Aufenthalt benötigen. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, und der Luftkon arbeitete sehr gut dank der Wärme! Wi-Fi Das Wi-Fi war schnell und stabil, und erlaubte mir, mit meiner Familie nach Hause zu bleiben.
