Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member and traveling on business. Great hotel and pleasant location. Friendly front desk and my room was upgraded per my Marriott status. Concierge lounge was well maintained and stocked with refreshments. Convenient parking and coffee was pretty good. I’ll stay here again and bring my running shoes next time, there’s a very cool trail around the lake.

Aber weil die chinesischen Worte verstehen Die Art und Weise, wie die USA sieht, scheint anders zu sein. die Buchung enthält zwei Frühstücksbeschreibungen und zwei Abendessen, Das ist eine Verringerung von $10, wenn man zum Abendessen verbraucht. Frühstück mit Kaffee-Milch-Brot und so weiter, Sie können Schalen essen. Es ist unmöglich, das Frühstück im Westin Hotel in Shanghai zu vergleichen.

Great Stay at Westin! High praise for Sarah! Enjoyed a weekend at Westin in Dallas. Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Rooms had complimentary water, ice nearby, and a great drink / snack / coffee area in lobby. Great restaurant and by far best pool in area. Concierge lounge was closed but Sarah at front desk checked us in, offered breakfast vouchers for us and was unbelievably friendly and professional all weekend. She took care of us multiple times last weekend. The staff at pool and DJ at pool were fun and engaging. Drinks were great and bonus hot tub. The staff at Mesa Mezcal were also very good. Breakfast was amazing! Parking garage is attached to hotel, very modern decor and a 1 min walk from bars, restaurants, and a few min walk to Toyota Music Factory. Had dinner at Yard House and enjoyed a walk around the lake both evenings. We will definitely return to this Westin.

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15. The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Despite the long-standing reputation that accompanies the Hilton brand, I was underwhelmed by this location and its seemingly outdated facilities, rooms, and amenities. Upon check-in, we were directed to our rooms on the back side of the building, only to see a sign asking to purchase daily parking. Whether or not that is for the travelers going to and from DFW or not, still required clarification with the front desk who seemed surprised that “free parking” is advertised online when booking. The rooms are the toughest selling point. The air-conditioning unit worked so effectively that the rooms ran very cold and humid causing damp sheets and mosquitoes to pester my every movements. In fact, the humidity and dusty vents gave my father-in-law a sinus infection. The popcorn ceilings made it appear as if I was booked in an antiquated motel. Lastly, water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Where the rooms and staff lacked, the quick access to the toll roads and the greater DFW area was a huge plus.

The hotel itself missed the mark on the Ritz Carlton gold standard. The highlight of my visit was Dante at the pool. His service was genuine polite and quick. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. The tuna poke bowl was superb! Cocktails were perfectly made. Definitely visit Dante to get the 5 star service. Thank you to Tabitha for checking on us constantly to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can you note to say in cheap and cheerful well was cheap but I certainly wasn’t any cheerful i’ve had the pleasure of staying in many hotels of my life and I thought maybe stayed in one or two bad ones but it was not a statin this hotel that I realised how bad really is I felt I had to stay up all night just to protect my wife it’s like one of these hotels is seeing a Netflix serious where man brings his victims to be chopped up I could actually say I think there was victims chopped up in this hotel sticky carpets no paint on the doors rust all over the bathroom with a mattress That had more ups and downs that a Rocky marriagemore bumps felt totally unsafe and dirty in the whole place when I say I was like something out of a horror movie I’m not messing on helpful and very rude stuff but well it was the most amazing thing was being asked to give a $100 deposit on the room in case we damaged anything the only thing in the room that was worth over $100 was me I don’t think I could’ve damaged a room anymore if I even tried so guys it may be cheaper to stay far away
