The room was comfortable clean and spacious. Check in was easy and fast. Free breakfast was delicious.

The pillows were rock hard. The room smelled of stinky dogs. The towels felt damp and wet. The heat kicked on every 20 minutes and was loud. The breakfast was all prepackaged garbage. The area for dogs to go to the bathroom had no poo bags, we noticed people letting their dogs poo and no one picked it up due to the lack of bags and this led to the area being filled with poop. I would not stay here again.

Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room at end of hallway next to ice machine, vending machines, laundry and exit door. We did not hear a thing the whole night.

The front desk staff were stellar. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Lauren helped us with our check in. She was extremely kind and let us check in early. She then took the time to tell us the best waterfalls to view in the area. We were so grateful for her. On our final day, we requested a late checkout so that we would be able to shower before our 6 hours drive home, after we returned to our room from riding the trails. Kay allowed us to check out late with no questions asked! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was ok, limited. Wife loved the waffles. No elevator was a disappointment. Not worth the high price for a night.

We have stayed here in the past and the breakfast options have changed. There are not a lot of choices right now. However, the breakfast sandwiches were great. The staff and check in was great! The breakfast seating is wonderful. The room was nice and everything felt clean. We enjoyed the walking trail along side and behind the Inn. I did not like the foam pillows. They were not comfortable. I thought the bed would be comfortable but as a tummy sleeper it slept better on my back. The hangers in the closet have those small hanger heads and could not be used to hang our swim wear in the bathroom to dry.

The staff members on duty on check-in and check-out were very pleasant and inviting. However, the room seemed clean but had a very musty smell. A dehumidifier was running in the room when we got there but it was too noisy to keep on when trying to sleep. Fortunately the a/c was quiet and worked well. The breakfast offering was disappointing…wrapped sandwiches were less than expected at almost $200/night. We drove all over the area to find a restaurant for dinner and ended up at McDonalds. The quality of the hotel is more in the $100-$125/night range. Room size was good…some discoloration in the bathroom grout.
