Great stay. Owner was awesome to communicate with. The property was rally nice. The bedrooms were much larger than what we expected based on the pictures.

Beautiful property
Property is in a lovely neighborhood with a great view- walking distance to entire town. Property manager, Ozzy is beyond kind. Everything was nicely decorated and clean.
My only advice is if you have an issue with a lot of stairs this may not be for you. Beds and couch are extremely stiff and firm.
We loved our stay in Ipswich and did enjoy the property.

Great location for our plans
Great communications. The Ipswich River is right outside the front door. Easy walk to downtown. New Hampshire and Maine are minutes away. I would stay again. Thanks

Check in confusion
We arrived at the house late…..after 10pm. We found it okay, but after not having a key in the lock box, we realized we were at the wrong property. We were at the address that was in the email from when I booked our stay. The day we arrived, I was sent an email with a different address. I didn’t see the email until I was about to call saying we didn’t have a key. That’s when I saw the email with the address of where we were supposed to be, but didn’t know it. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great location and great experience
We were looking for a nice, simple place to stay in order to spend Thanksgiving weekend with extended family, but still have our own space. This place was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and was just as advertised. The beds were really nice. It was walking distance from the center of tosen, but also out to the marshses and beautiful water views in the other direction. Also, Ozzy was really easy to communicate with and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. There are a bunch of stairs both up to the house, then up to the apartment, which was fine for us, but may not be for everyone.
