Una vera schifezza, l' appartamento con aria condizionata che non funziona e' la cosa più inaccettabile in brasile ed oltretutto appartamento per 6 persone con due stanze e un divano letto nella sala che e' comunque senza aria condizionata, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, mancano accessori fondamentali per la ricezione come il supporto per l' acqua scopettino per il wc, manca la lavatrice, ci sono solo stoviglie per tre persone, manca sale zucchero, tre sedie di cui una rotta, zanzare spiaccicate sulle pareti, acqua che sa di sabbia , senza parlare che nella presentazione si parlava con accesso in spiaggia che invece sta a circa 2 km......

O condomínio em si é muito bom. Amplo, bem conservado e com excelentes equipamentos. Já o apartamento estava bem desgastado. Mesmo assim era um bom quarto e sala, com cozinha conjugada e todos os utensílios para uso cotidiano disponíveis.

Fiquei hóspede no torre 3 e minha van ficou meio pneu para fora da vaga. Passamos a tarde e a noite e ninguém falou que teríamos que tirá-la de lá. No outro dia as 6:04 da manhã um dos seguranças veio bater na minha porta para dizer minha van estava irregular. Fui fazer uma reclamação na portaria, mas pensei que seria melhor fazê-la por aqui, pois outras pessoas poderão saber disso. Eles esquecem que você é um hóspede e usam o regulamento para te causar um mal estar. Isso é um erro, pois ficou essa impressão ruim.
