The house is quite big, with good air conditioning, and a nice view swimming pool. The service is fast to reply according to the request. Carpark system is advanced.

The service is terrible bad. they told room ready but no key place in. called many time all these number given never answer the phone. we are rush to next appointment but they just ignored you. when we found staff, they were actually just sat at corner chit chatting among them. when we got the key, going to park our car at the space they given, again another car was there. called them, again dont want to answer phone. we have to send message by hope they reply. yeah they replied you to wait then give you another lot. my question is if you ready, mean you shld ready everything for us to check in. we not rush you but we get your message only we go. but all not ready. The mad things is dont want to pick up phone to care anout guest problem, if dont want answer phone, better don't put your phone to tell 'your call is important to us' toilet not clean, stain still inside. we have to use water to flush it. I will not recommend this place unless you dont care about services by the unit.

The apartment is clean. Wonderful rooms and facilities are enough. Surrounding friendly and easy access to the town. Highly recommended for family to spend holiday in Ipoh. Thank you very much.

Recommended to anyone with family with young kids. Apartment is clean , spacious and comfortable. Nice views of mountainous scenery. Walking distance with nice local foods
