Skala Sunset Hotel and Spa

Really enjoyed my stay in skala hotel. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay perfect. The views from the room are absolutely beautiful, couldn’t fault this hotel. We will definitely return in the future.

A short walk from the town/restaurants/bakery/shops/supermarket, 20mins walk from Myloplatas beach, free transfers from the port (if you let them know in advance when you arrive), free WiFi, ood breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly staff... and the most stunning view. The pool was closed when we arrived but we were aware of this as it was early season. The hotel is on the hill so if you have mobility issues you may want to get a taxi back up from the town. For the price we paid, this was a total bargain and would recommend.

Amazing hotel. The people are perfect. Room was very clean. This hotel is located 3 minutes away from the Chora. The location is perfect and there is a wonderful view for wonderful sunsets. The pool bar is also amazing. The breakfast was really good. There is free parking spot , A/C and wifi . Last but not least they are pet friendly ! Definitely recommended Mr kyriakos ,Ms Ourania , Marousa and all of the staff have been really nice and helpful

Stayed at Skala Hotel Patmos in June as part of a wider tour of the Greek Aegean Islands. The entrance way to the hotel is through a beautiful veranda of flowers where you will find a large saltwater swimming pool with pool bar on your left and to your right the main building, reception and breakfast area of the hotel covered in beautiful flowers. The hotel staff where lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, the room was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with a small balcony overlooking a part of the town. Regular cleaning took place, air con worked well and inside the wardrobe was an easy to use safe. There was a huge variety for breakfast which i sat outside to eat in the beautiful hotel courtyard. The location couldn’t be bettered for Patmos, right by the sea and beautiful bay of Skala looking up at the Agios Ioannis Monastery and Chora which should not be missed, couple minutes walk to the ferry, trip boats, bus stop, variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Patmos is a unique and outstandingly beautiful island with many gorgeous bays and other little islands surrounding it and Skala Hotel and the town was a lovely place to come back to after a day exploring Patmos and other nearby islands.

Appena terminata la mia meravigliosa vacanza a ios. Ho prenotato questo hotel con larghissimo anticipo approfittando di una super offerta… sono arrivata un po’ timorosa… in grecia è difficile trovare un buon posto a prezzo basso… il titolare è venuto a prenderci al porto e ci ha portati in struttura dove ci ha accolto una vista mozzafiato sulla chora che di per sè vale tutto il prezzo del soggiorno. Camere comode, spaziose e soprattutto pulite (mai darlo per scontato), che sono state pulite ogni giorno con quotidiano cambio degli asciugamani. Colazione ricchissima a buffet sia dolce che salata. C’è solo il piccolo problema della strada in salita che, a piedi, è davvero tosta, ma io sono del parere che a ios serva la macchina per cui non ho avuto questo problema. Abbiamo cenato, bene, anche nel loro ristorante, the mills, all’ingresso della chora. Posto assolutamente consigliato. Non torno mai nello stesso posto, ma ios mi è rimasta nel cuore e vorrei tornarci. Non ho dubbi; tornerei a skala

Skala hotel è composto da diversi appartamenti che affacciano sul panorama della chora. La nostra stanza era moderna, pulita e accogliente, il letto comodo e le finestre trattengono bene i rumori e il freddo dall’esterno. La colazione è a buffet e viene servita in giardino, abbondante e con prodotti sempre freschi. Il proprietario è disponibile e attento, così come la signora che si occupa della colazione, sempre sorridente.
