The offer free entry for Urakuen as well and it is a blast to view the famous tea garden."

"I initially thought it was great. I even video-chatted with my family on WeChat, showing how much I liked the room's layout and design. I even suggested the hotel provide one or two bicycles for guests to borrow, hoping that reviews from other Chinese customers like myself would encourage more Chinese guests to stay in the city. However, that evening I found bugs crawling rapidly on the table. In my haste, I crushed one, and a little green sap (disgusting, no picture) made me want to vomit 🤮. After thinking about it, I took it to the front desk, receiving only a quiet "sorry" and the bug being removed. Nothing more 😷 🤮 The next morning, there were ants crawling on the dining table (the outer side near the glass). What a pristine hotel! Those who like bugs and don't mind them might consider staying here."

"Zuerst wurde ich mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk, heißem Kaffee, empfangen, und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und bot ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Es gibt außerdem ein großes Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Sauna – perfekt für alle, die sich in der Badewanne entspannen möchten! Ein tolles Hotel! (^^)"
