This community is less than 7-minutes drive from downtown, shopping, bars, restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to several beaches. Due to the lack of sidewalks in the community, I don't recommend walking.The Townhouse features custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets made of Central American Mahogany, big living room with high ceilings.
