This beautiful home in Key West has been fully updated with new furnishings. It is located in the upscale Coral Hammock community, shares a beautiful community pool and a clubhouse with an exercise room that is available to our guests to use. The pool is 40 feet down a lush path. No smoking or glass is allowed in the pool area or club house. A maximum of 6 guests two person per room, children allowed, No PETS. This is a quiet community, so no large gatherings are permitted in this home. There is no smoking inside or pets. Our motto is to have a clean and relaxing house. We take pride in caring for the house after each stay there is a 3 day window with no bookings to clean and disinfect thoroughly. No detail has been overlooked. This is a 2 story house 2-3 vehicle limit covered parking. The house has large porches on each floor with seating. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with service for 8. House will also provide 6 beach towels (please do not leave at pool)! All bathrooms have a shower Hose faucet handle. With 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths and 4 hand towels. Shampoo/Conditioner, Bodywash, and a small Blow-dryer. On the upper level there are two bedrooms completely furnished, king size beds, all beds are memory foam mattresses. 43" smart TVs & HD cable free Wifi, each room has a bathroom. Master bedroom has a bathroom with a separate stand up shower and an oversized tub off to the side. Second upstairs bedroom has a stand up shower and a closet in the bathroom.
