Every surface is new for you to enjoy.The first floor -- kitchen, great room, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around deck with distant water views -- is accessible for anyone with mobility issues; there is just one small step to get in the house.Upstairs there is laundry, a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom + its own private deck, a bunk room with five twin beds, a delightful bedroom for two and a shared bath off the hallway.The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a feast and the dining table can seat 12.The house is fully air conditioned.
