The cottage is located one block from the main downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and inter coastal waterways. Lots of parking. Can accommodate up to 6 cars or 4 cars and fishing boat and trailer. You can sit on the front porch and listen to bands on Thursday night when playing in Franklin Square Park. The cottage will accommodate 5 people. Master queen bedroom downstairs with full bath. Upstairs has queen bed and also a twin bed with trundle with full bath. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker.
