The lower level family room also has a 74” smart tv. Game room area has a pool table and plenty of board games, puzzles, cards and books to keep all ages busy on those rainy days! There is a bedroom with a queen size bed plus a double size bunk bed located on this level. A new Queen size sleeper sofa will accommodate 2 more guests. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. This lower level has a walk out to the beach and a cozy fire pit .
