Large concrete dock allows for gathering next to the water and enjoyment of nature. Dolphins and Manatees do go up and down the channel and are an extra treat when seen. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and there is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
