The unique 1300 sqft stilt home sits on an acre of fenced land with few adjoining neighbors but close to nice housing developments that are great for walking. the front porch wraps around the house and has a swing that looks over a huge front yard. there's another swing and seating area with fire table downstairs under the house. The backyard has a large pole fort for the kids with a slide and fireman pole. The large saltwater 25'x12' in ground pool is 4.5' deep and has a big paver deck connecting it to the house below. There are security cameras under the house, on the driveway, pool and doorbell.
