We are only 15 minutes away from Saddleback Ski Mountain, and only 45 minute drive to world class Sugarloaf USA ski resort. Rangeley lakes area offers some of the nations best fly fishing in a number of lakes, ponds and streams all within 15 miles. Haley Pond is across from my house and all you do is CROSS THE POND TO ACCESS SNOWMOBILE TRAILS . The driveway will accommodate two trailers. The village is a fun place.
