Luxury home featuring 8 roomy bedrooms (none of them in the basement). We can accommodate more than 16 adults comfortably (for an added fee) and feature separate exercise and game rooms. Conveniently located and within easy reach of downtown Baltimore and many area attractions, while also enjoying the calm of the woods and local biking and hiking trails.The spaceWe have 7 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on the main floor, with a mixture of king, queen, full, and twin sized beds.Have a great time in our basement with foosball, air-hockey, arcade games, large TV and relaxing sofa, as well as an exercise room, separate den, and living room for your enjoyment.Enjoy cooking in our large kitchen and eating at our dining room table that comfortably seats 12 adults, and not to worry if you need more room to eat, we have extra chairs and two folding tables.Please note, if you plan to have more than 16 individuals staying at our home, we charge an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest regardless of age, in excess of 16 guests.Guest accessCome and go as you please using a personally generated code for use with our smart-locks on the exterior doors.Other things to noteGroups greater than 16 guests are subject to additional fees and require approval prior to booking.Exterior cameras located by the front and side doors are monitored for your safety and protection.
