This is the ultimate coastal luxury, featuring modern appliances and an open floor through all the common areas.Each of the two bedrooms is on the same floor and has 1 King bed per room. In the common area, there is a sofa that turns into a bed. The property sleeps a maximum of six people. There is no elevator, and the living areas are up one or two levels from the ground level. In some of the photos, a decorative ladder is visible. However, the ladder is not accessible to guests and is blocked off. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with granite counter tops and wood floors.Master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has built in twin size bunk beds. A second full bath is off the hallway and shared with bedroom 2 and 3. Off street parking will accommodate 2 cars in a dedicated driveway for the vacation rental.I live in an apartment above the house.
