The Larkin Cottage is nestled amongst redwood trees just 3 minutes from the village of Mendocino. It is on the same property as the live-in owner's main residence. Although home is rustic and a bit funky, (Over 145 years old!) beds are all new and very comfortable, and it the ONLY home in Mendocino with an extra large yard and a path directly to the beach!Great for a couples or a family.
