It has a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the Crow’s Nest where you can enjoy your coffee, read, meditate and most of all relax.Then, there is the basement with family/game room with large flat-screen TV, lots of seating and a regulation sized foosball table. There is a bedroom next to this with king bed and dresser that has a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the covered deck. We provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners.- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this coverage is already embedded in the cleaning fee.- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.- There are two driveways that can fit about 6 large vehicles or 8-9 smaller vehicles- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. Five of the seven bedrooms, plus the downstairs living room and the downstairs game room, feature a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.- Linens and towels provided- Pack n play, high chair, kid dishes/utensils, and baby monitor provided- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book.
