The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/ outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by ourguests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. We welcome our responsible Pet Owners to bring along up to two dogs up to 35lbs each. There is an additional pet fee of $35 per pet / per night. - The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. - The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We're about 1 mile from all the activities that the resort offers.- The villa has a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and big screen TV, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a hearty dinner, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.- The master bedroom has a king bed and a large and spacious sitting area to include another electric fireplace and 55" ROKU Smart TV.The second bedroom (Travel Room) has a King Bed with a desk and 46" ROKU Smart TV.
