There is access from the back of our property into BLM land and from there you can hike for miles.Garage is not included and will remain locked.Please be mindful of neighboring properties, and respect their privacy and quiet. We also have a seasonal creek which flows through the center of our property, please cross with caution. The property and nearby areas are also home to many native plants, wild animals, snakes, rodents and arachnida.Please enjoy viewing, but avoid disturbing the fragile plants and wildlife that live there. All houses in the area are on a septic system and therefore, its digestive system is very sensitive and our home can’t handle anything beyond nature and septic safe tissue.
