Nachdem ich umgeschaut und meine Sorgen wegen einiger der Bewertungen, die ich beschlossen, hier trotzdem bleiben.
Ich werde mit den positiven Dingen beginnen.
Frühstück - schön, es gab eine Vielzahl von Eiern, Pancakes, Obst, Getreide, Brot, etc. Frau Penny im Frühstücksstation war nett und freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war komfortabel.

1. Wir kamen um 6 Uhr, ich ging weiter, um die Dame im Front Desk Agent zu prüfen, ich werde ihr Name nicht sagen, aber Sterne mit Y (sehr unprofessioneller) sagte mir, dass ich eingecheckt wurde. Ich war (was?) Nein Ich bin es nicht, aber wir sind gerade angekommen, sie war ja Sie sind, ich war nicht, dann erwähnte sie einen anderen Namen mit meinem letzten Namen und sagte, Sie sind sicher nicht _ _ und ich war so jetzt, ich weiß nicht meinen Namen :/ Ich war keine ma’am, das ist nicht mein Name. So zeigte sich die andere Person im Lobby, weil sie das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen haben... das heißt, sie haben jemanden an meinem Zimmer ohne Kontrolle zugewiesen und den Namen auf der ID und der Kreditkarte vergleichen :| Si der Hotelmanager kam und setzte mir ein anderes Zimmer zurück und für die andere Dame, zu diesem Zeitpunkt sagte die Front Desk Lady, aber es gibt keine mehr Hausbetreuer und ich war OMG, so nachdem wir endlich unser Zimmer (endlich), am Sonntagnachmittag sagte ich meinem Mann, wir haben eine gute Zeit mit den Kindern lassen Sie mich sehen, ob ich Kann einen Tag noch verlängern, so können wir etwas anderes mit ihnen tun, Ich ging zur FD und sprach mit dem Gentleman (Erinnern Sie sich nicht seinen Namen) er sagte gut, eine Nacht zu verlängern ist 149, Ich sagte ok, lass mich mit meinem Mann reden Ich werde zurück sein, Als ich zurück ging, wer wieder da war, also sagte ich Hi Ich möchte sehen, ob ich eine Nacht noch verlängern kann und sie war gut ist 159 und ich war OMG hier wir wieder gehen. Ich war Frau Y! Ich kam vor einem Augenblick hierher und er sagte mir einen weiteren Preis und sie war nein, er war falsch, ich war online 136 und Sie sagen mir, dass 159 ist. Sie wissen nie was. An diesem Punkt war ich so beunruhigt, dass ich Gastbeziehungen rufe und alles von Anfang an erklären, sie rufen das Hotel und die Dame sagte dem Gastbeziehungsagent, dass nicht davon passiert ist und ich war wie whatttttt, so jetzt hat sie mich Lügnerin ???
Um die Kirsche auf den oberen Platz zu setzen, als wir bereit waren, auschecken und unsere Gepäck in den Wagen zu setzen, wir bemerkten, dass jemand unser Auto im Parkplatz getroffen hat ( Gott sei Dank, dass nicht so schlecht) zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich so frustriert!!! Wir fragten den Front Desk und schätze was? Es gab keine Kameras in der Seite des Gebäudes! Ja, keine Kameras in einer Seite, wo es eine Tür ohne Schließung und niemand in die Räumlichkeiten eintreten kann und Zugang zu den Zimmern hat.
Ich habe seit über 15 Jahren mit der Hotelindustrie gearbeitet und das war eine schreckliche Dienstleistung und Erfahrung !

"Am Nachmittag, an dem wir angemeldet waren, entdeckte ich einen ”Wad” von Haar (menschlich) im Bürostuhl; es sah aus, als hätte jemand einen Ponytail abgeschnitten und es dort ließ ....wo war Haushaltung? Dann am nächsten Tag wachte ich mit dem, was ich dachte, waren Moskito-Büsten. Es scheint, dass die vorherigen Leute, die das Zimmer nutzen, einen Hund (oder Hunde?) hatten und das Zimmer nie sanitiert wurde, so dass ich mit Fleischbitten endete. Großer Deal ...Sie haben uns eine der 2 Nächte, die wir dort geblieben haben. Bleibt nicht immer hier, wenn es ihre Idee ist, zu Hause zu halten."
