A newly added home office (desk, printer and supplies) gives you the option to work remotely if required.Although not waterfront, this local region is famous for manatees in hot-spring fed rivers, kayaking, state parks teeming with local wildlife with easy access walkways, world class scalloping, and kiddie-friendly gulf beaches.A GOLFER’S PARADISE, 3 golf courses are in town, and another 28 are within 20 miles. Our “Floridian Getaway" with an open floor plan enables the kitchen, living room and dining room to serve as a comfortable “great room” for family time. There is a large screen Smart TV in the great room area, as well as TVs in the master bedroom and larger guest bedroom. A fifth generation Alexa Dot provides for your favorite music surrounding you while you vacation. It resides in the living room, on a portable battery base, allowing for poolside use.The kitchen features granite countertops and a large, center island "butcher block"-style food preparation area.
