This is a 3-year-old custom-built home, beautifully furnished and created for your family's memories. It is located in Catatoga Club, a private gated community in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina. This home sits on Lake Catatoga with canoes, paddleboards, a dock, fishing, swimming, and hiking trails all available, along with numerous waterfalls within steps from our back porch. While fishing is prohibited in the creeks, it is welcomed in the lake behind our home. We do have a few poles but you might want to bring your own as they get damaged regularly.You will also have access to the Catatoga swim and tennis facilities, and hot tub during the summer months. For those seeking a peaceful and scenic relaxing mountain retreat, you will find plenty to savor in this breathtaking community.After a full day outdoors, you can come back for some ping pong, shuffleboard, Cornhole, or simply relax on your outdoor swing bed.
